Four Points by Sheraton San Diego Downtown Little Italy Reviews

A little bit further away from downtown. Near freeway so might be a little bit noisy.

Have a bit of hiccup due to miscommunication that lead to no room available when arrived. But overall the room is spacious and clean. Location is good for nearby market event

Disappointing for Sheraton. Old and getting run down.

Very bad hotel experience, too noisy, surrounded by highways. The bed is too high. Fees were deducted for no reason. One deduction (pre-authorization) was made when checking in, and another deduction (pre-authorization) was made when checking out. Ten days after check-out, the pre-collected money has not been refunded. I wrote an email to the hotel staff, and they replied that they would do it right away. After a week, they still did not refund. I will never stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a good location, close to the main road and the Gaslamp Quater, one of the nicer neighborhoods of San Diego. Very friendly staff. They had charged too much to our credit card, so be careful. When we pointed this out, it was (of course) reversed and apologies were made. The swimming pool was a bit disappointing, small and few beds to lie on.
