Great chill place

The most fun place to stay in PB!!

My wife and I were slightly apprehensive when we saw the exterior. It’s a little dingy, with some foggy plexiglass and hand painted plywood. Plus we had never stayed at a hostel before, and just felt like we didn’t know what we were getting into. But when we got inside and met a very friendly and welcoming woman (who’s name I don’t remember), and took a tour of the place, we felt a lot better and could breathe a sigh of relief and started to get excited for our stay. By the end of our first day, I was in love with the place. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The common areas (especially the patio) were so nice and inviting. And the kitchen was always clean and such a great asset. The vibe in the place was just great. Everyone seemed so laid back and positive minded. We felt safe and comfortable, and to me this hostel is better than a hotel in many ways. I am almost certain we will come back.

I was just not impressed with this ITH location. I've been to a couple of their other properties and was definitely disappointed with this one. The front desk girl who works the early shift was so unfriendly. The kitchen is tiny. Parking is a bit tough if you don't want to pay the $20 nightly parking rate. The bathroom is the room was so small and smelled. Unfortunately I won't be returning to this particular location.

I don’t normally write reviews but this time I felt the need to do so. This hostel is awesome! Superb location, very safe, the bedsheets and towels were clean. The staff is extremely helpful, kind and they went above & beyond to accommodate my stay. I strongly recommend this hostel to everyone, including single solo female travelers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything .
