Se trata de un hotel SIN personal. Únicamente una persona que sirve los desayunos y supongo que también hace las habitaciones. Tienes que hacer el check-in on-line obligatoriamente con los datos de todos los viajeros antes de la estancia, en una página con algunos errores que inducen a confusión. Hecho el check-in, te envían por correo una clave que permite abrir tanto la puerta principal como la de las habitaciones, y te facilitan un teléfono de contacto por si hay problemas. Hasta aquí todo bien. Fuimos con la familia para una sola noche de estancia. Los códigos funcionaron, y las habitaciones estaban bien. Un poco pequeñas, pero limpias y con lo mínimo necesario. Tienen TV, aire acondicionado y wifi, pero no neverita. El baño, con ducha, limpio y correcto. El problema vino en que al parecer durante la noche se desactivaron los códigos de entrada y al salir a las 8 de la mañana a dar un paseo ya no pudimos entrar. Nos abrió la persona de servicio, pero no pudimos entrar a las habitaciones. Esa persona no pudo (o no supo o no quiso) hacer nada al respecto y tuvimos que llamar al "teléfono de emergencia" donde nos atendió una persona que en ningún momento se identificó ni se disculpó, y al cabo de unos minutos nos pudo abrir las habitaciones a distancia. Nos dijo que habían tenido un problema informático, ... etc pero hasta las 11:00 (cuando ya nos íbamos) no nos resetearon los códigos. Otro tema insatisfactorio es el desayuno. Sobre el papel está bien, con lo básico pero de satisfactoria calidad. El problema es que el comedor es muy pequeño, con 6 o 7 mesitas para dos personas, y con poca comida y bebida disponible, con la idea de ir reponiendo a medida que se consume. Como el hotel tiene algo más de 20 habitaciones, y el día que estuvimos estaba lleno o casi, nos encontramos que entre 9 y 10 h bajaron casi todos los huéspedes a desayunar, creando un "tapón" importante. La única empleada no daba abasto, y se acabó todo: comida, bebida, cubiertos, manteles, etc. Se estropearon a la vez la máquina de zumo y la de café, gente de pie esperando, etc ... Nosotros éramos 6 y tuvimos que tuvimos que desayunar en mesas separadas y no al mismo tiempo. En fin, que aún comprendiendo que estamos en temporada baja, y que la informática puede fallar a veces, hemos echado en falta una atención personal e implicada

Un charmant petit hôtel confortable et fonctionnel au coeur de la ville de Guixols. Complètement indépendant (accès avec code) jusqu'au petit déjeuner où l'accueil est chaleureux et sympathique et le petit déjeuner varié, copieux et adapté. Les chambres sont parfaitement propres, confortables, fonctionnelles, juste ce qu'il faut pour être bien car rien ne manque. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le site, l'emplacement, le sérieux et le charme de cet hôtel et nous reviendrons certainement avec grand plaisir !

Charmant petit hôtel rénové entièrement chambres simples mais très agréables et propres literie impeccable salle de petit déjeuner très sympa et petits déjeuners où rien ne manque BRAVO nous y reviendrons
