la habitación mirando a un terraplén , cuando la reserva hacia ya mucho tiempo hecha, luego decían que no se podía reservar el parking cuando nos enteramos que habían reservado algunas personas, y despues de muchos viajes realizados es la primera vez que tenemos que pagar nada mas llegar al hotel la desconfianza brillaba si tanto, desconfianza había nos podían a ver pedido el DNI, lo único bueno fue el desayuno. No volveremos clasistas.

Very nice hotel. But very unpleasant reception. When we arrived, we were told that there is no parking. When we asked for advice , we were told to search by ourselves ( and hotel is in 20 minutes walking from city center where we parked our car for the evening)Also our kids room was full of mosquitoes .Air conditioner in room was so loud that it was not possible to use it during night.

Very clean, most of the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was great value for money. The trip from the city centre is very fast (although uphill) to the hotel and the hotel has got amazing views.
The hotel room didn't have some usual things like an iron or a hair dryer. The hotel didn't have an option for laundry.

In eerste instantie kregen we een kamer met balkon. Uitzicht balkon was 2 meter tot een blinde muur. Deze kamer was ook gedateerd. De volgende ochtend gevraagd of er nog andere kamers beschikbaar waren en we kregen gelijk een mooie gerenoveerde kamer met een prima uitzicht. Deze kamer was keurig en ban alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige wat ontbrak was een minibar. Ontbijtbuffet was in tijdsbkokken. Ruim assortiment en altijd voldoende aanwezig. Wat jammer was is dat er op het terras geen bediening was voor een drankje. Het was er ook erg stil zeg maar uitgestorven. Kan aan de maand liggen. September. Verder zijn ze erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Don't go to this hotel unless you have a car. It's in an impossible location to walk to, up the side of a mountain. We didn't notice there were no pillowcases until the maid knocked on the door at 5 pm to bring them. There was no hand soap or hairdryer. We went to the front desk and the woman brought out a hairdryer in a box. Told there were out of hand soap, but she would have them bring another bottle of shower gel. Never arrived. Couldn't get the A/C unit to work.
