Best feature was that the beds were great and sleeping was quiet, clean and cool! The property was nicely located in comparison to other properties. There were multiple power outages, the last one being our last night on a Saturday and in to Sunday and it made for a very problematic last 24 hours. We slept with no AC and were unable to shower off the day at ocean and unable to shower in the morning before leaving. Apparently it was a block wide outage and because it happened on the weekend, I figured we weren't going to get the problem resolved until at least mid-day Monday (long after we were scheduled to leave) The pool is beautifully located but not well cleaned and not particularly refreshing. There is an illusion of security but people can come and go from the ocean side/poolside of the property pretty much at all times as security personnel didn't seem very regular or much of a deterrence. The town, however, feels safe overall. I'd recommend staying but keep an open mind.

Muy relajante y consentida un lugar para regresar definitivamente con todo el paraíso saliendo de tu habitación, la playas hermosas y a un paso del hotel , la alberca deliciosa y muy bien cuidada, el personal uy amable, nada de ruido en el interior del hotel

Excelente lugar en frente del Mar, y cabe recalcar que las habitaciones son muy cómodas y agradables. se encuentra muy céntrica la ubicación del hotel, de restaurantes y bares y playa. puedes caminar por la playa y estar cerca de tu habitacian, la alberca siempre estuvo muy limpia.

Un lugar muy agradable , desde su habitación, acceso a la alberca y playa (buen ambiente). Buen trato del personal. A mi y a mi esposo, nos gustaría repetir la experiencia de hospedarnos en el hotel ,con nuestra familia. Muy buena limpieza en habitación y en áreas generales.

Con pocas habitaciones y en la orilla del mar, este hotel es la mejor opción para quedarse en San Pancho. Las habitaciones son amplias, con poca decoración pero la camas es muy cómoda, tiene una terraza, que usamos poco, y un baño amplio y agradable. La habitación está en un segundo piso y la terraza tiene vista a la calle, muy agradable, por cierto. Los jardines son maravillosos, frescos y la alberca suficiente para un chapuzón de camino al mar o viceversa. Al salir a la playa, en la misma propiedad, hay un snack bar, La Tarraya, que aunque es independiente del hotel, mejorar la experiencia. El trato del personal es grato. Sin duda, el mejor hotel en San Pancho.
