The location is perfect. It is in the heart of San Francisco so you can go to almost every place with ease.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was close to the city center so we were able to get around easily.

Great boutique hotel which is about 3-5mins walk to Union Square, and a good 300m radius to various broad spectrum of lovely restaurants. Hotel is well curated and designed. Lovely lobby, amicable service.

Very average, booked the hotel through Ctrip Business Travel, but was told that the order was cancelled when we arrived. The price was increased very high, so we rebooked for 2 days. It was shown that there was breakfast, but actually there was not. We went to the restaurant next door to eat, which cost more than 20 US dollars per serving. Later we moved to the Parc 55 Hilton next door. The environment and comfort are simply too good. There is no harm without comparison. The only advantage is that it is not far to the exhibition and can be reached on foot.

The hotel is located in Union Square, within walking distance of surrounding museums and business districts. The hotel is very artistic, clean and refreshing. The design is retro yet fashionable. Although there was a little hiccup on the day of check-in, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and solved the problem.

The white-haired counter staff is very kind, speaks English and Chinese, and even takes the initiative to help inquire about trains, give transportation recommendations and chat. The rest of the staff is ordinary. Luggage can be stored, the room equipment is small, and the cleaning is tidy and fast. The soundproofing of the room is very poor, you can hear the sounds of things happening next door The TV in the room was terrible and slow, with 3/4 of the screen blocked and unusable. The safe once broke. Breakfast was very good. It's a bit far from the store in the city center but can be reached on foot There is only one chair and table in the room

The location is quite convenient, near Union Square, there are not many homeless people. The plane arrived at 11 o'clock in the morning, and the front desk let us check in early, which is very good. The room is a little older than expected, but it's big and clean

It was close to Times Square, so it was good to take the train or bus! The staff was friendly and it was clean and nice! There is no coffee pot, but coffee, tea, and hot water are prepared in the lobby every morning, so I got hot water and ate cup noodles.

The bathtub is blocked, the toiletries are stuck, and the overall experience is average

Staff was incredible! We’re from New York, so the neighborhood is just fine. I’m not entirely sure what people are afraid of. There’s a huge Marriott kitty corner… it’s actually a great location! Staff were awesome, and the place is gorgeous. Beds are a little stiff, but all in all really nice!
