The hotel location is good, and the room had a great view of the city. There is trader joes and whole food nearby. Water dispenser and microwave is available at the basement of the hotel which was quite convenient

Good location, restaurants nearby. Room is clean. Only thing that needs to be upgraded is coffee machine which is bit outdated. Food & beverage on main lobby is good and affordable, had a pepperoni pizza which was so good. Would book again when in SF

The management of this hotel is extremely arrogant and ruthless. Three weeks before our check-in date, we applied for a cancellation through the platform due to a possible trip rescheduling because of a physical injury. I prepared a hospital diagnosis of a fracture and a rest certificate, but despite multiple communications, the hotel still refused to cancel. Other hotels, however, helped us with the cancellation. Upon check-in, the hotel charges a parking fee of $45 per day, but you can only park until 2 PM the next day — no matter how late you arrive. In summary, we had to stay at this hotel, and the experience was as anticipated; perhaps their practices are legal, but they are heartless — showing no understanding, care, or service spirit towards guests.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I stay in many Holiday Inns but this one was just awful. The staff are so dismissive and rude. Parking is overpriced at $40 a night and the staff just rudely say "take it or leave it". The hotel is in a terrible part of town with homeless people making it unsafe. Avoid this hotel. Rather book something closer downtown

Overall it’s a nice hotel with very friendly staff. Very clean and pretty big rooms. Very convenient location. Definitely a nice and affordable place to stay in San Francisco

I totally enjoyed my stay during a 4-days at this place. The location is super convenient, take 101/130/150 to go to Union square, walk a little bit and take 19 to go to Beach Road. If you are adventurous, you can actually walk to the Downtown. I had to check in early as my flight landed a bit advance. They allowed me to early check in at a nominal fee which is totally acceptable. Also the cityscape view from hotel is amazing! I felt the place is safer, all amenities provided (ironing bed, hangers, refrigerator, iron box, coffee and tea bags… so on). I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend checking this out.
