Overall good. Good location. They give you $10 daily credit for snacks but be sure to check properly, as they do overcharge.

Very nice hotel, nice staffs, good area

Absolutely good hotel for a trip. Very close to the wharf and beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Surrounding districts are safe. But extremely LOW efficiency of the reception staff. Kept us waiting for housekeeping for AN HOUR without a single word of apology but LIES and disrespect.

Convenient location. There is a bus stop right outside. Coffee and happy hour are provided at specific times every day! The staff is friendly and the overall accommodation environment is very satisfactory.

It was a safe and convenient location. The room was spacious and the night view was amazing. It was a shame that there were many half-eaten sandwiches and bottles of tomato sauce left in the refrigerator, probably from the previous guest. The valet parking fee was high, but that may be unavoidable given the location.

After checking in, I saw a leather rope on the bathroom floor. I touched the area around the bathtub and it was very dirty. There was a hair. I rinsed it with water and it was all mud. It was disgusting. I asked Ctrip to coordinate and they said it was too late and no one cleaned the bathtub. I could change rooms. But my luggage for three people was all opened. How could I change rooms so late? I just wanted to make do that night and cancel the order for the next two days. But after coordinating for one night, I was still rejected the next day. The hotel only refunded the hotel's tax for the day. Ctrip compensated, but this was only compensation for that night. I wanted to cancel the order later. I still had to stay for two days. I changed rooms the next day and found that the bathroom facilities in this hotel were too old: the shower water flow could not be adjusted and it was very strong; the water flow in the basin was very small, and the water in the bathtub was not smooth. What kind of hotel is this! Don't come!

1. The service attitude is very good. There should be only one staff member in the hotel who can speak Chinese, but other staff members are very enthusiastic, and the rooms can also meet the needs of arranging quiet rooms on high floors; 2. Mineral water is not provided in the room, but a US$10 retail coupon is given so that you can choose the food and beverages you are interested in in the retail area; 3. The geographical location is excellent, you can walk directly to Fisherman’s Wharf, and it is only two blocks away from the starting station of the Ding Ding bus; 4. There are many delicious food nearby. There is a Korean restaurant surisan opposite the hotel. The portions are large and the taste is authentic. The fried chicken is a bit sweet. You can also go to Fisherman's Wharf to eat at the Sourdough Bread Factory. The soup is delicious and highly recommended.
