Were to start? Oh ok. From your lies. You show that the hotel had parking as part of their offer You did not disclaim that you have to pay for it we have to dealnwith a couple of rude employees for more than one hour because they really were wanting to cancel the reservation even befire we say anything. We talk to one of your customer service attendants in India and we did not understood any of her explanations and Im sure she did not understood us either. Finilly we paid 75 extra dollars and face our room. It was a little.bit less than a jail room of a cheap.movie. Ill wont recomend it to my worst enemy. The smell.of the carpet was disgusting and there were long black hairs in the bed. We were glad to bring some blankets and sleep in double cloths. The Heather was faulty and only run at full heat so we have to wake upnin the morning to turn it off and on again. You ruin my 3 days vacation in San Francisco

The location is really great with Fisherman's Wharf in walking distance. Rooms were clean and big enough. As usually the walls are "thin", so depending on your neighbours it could be slightly noisy. Front desk was friendly and helpful and the rooms were always cleaned nicely.

Siamo stati benissimo. Hotel in posizione strategica, pulito, silenzioso, camera spaziosa, ben curato, staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Veramente da consigliare e da tornare.

Very dated (probably 40+ years old) But for the price I expected it to be better! Bed was comfy, room had a odd smell, no microwave or fridge, shower was tiny, vanity was so small there was no place to set things when getting ready. Not too many choices for eating near, pizza joint next door. We are walkers so it was fine for us since port, waterfront, etc. was about 2 miles away.

Great location with a fair price. Arrived late evening for check in and the lobby doors were locked, someone came shortly after knocking on door a few times. Walls were a bit thin, could hear the neighbors in all directions very well.

The property was fine, clean and very handy for what we wanted.
I don’t like having to pay extra to park the car, $25 for one night, no mention of it during booking the motel.
