good location in Union square , china town. . walk only 1 minutes to cable car. Room is comfortable ,friendly staff.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a friends trip. Good location in a nice neighbourhood. Not too far from main attractions. There’s no free parking, but a walking distance parking garage is available. Hotel is clean and staff are helpful!

On the description it says the hotel opened in 2023, but it was actually an another hotel with another name before. It doesn't look new at all, it is rather in poor condition and outdated, only bathroom seem to have been partially remodeled. Aircondition doesn't work properly, and is very loud when heating up the room. Looks shabby inside too. Room was cold at night and doesn't get the desired set temperature. No a 4 star hotel, more like 3 stars. Service was good though and friendly receptionist.

The location is great. Close to everything and what you aren’t close too public transportation is available and easy to use.

In the city centre, very confortable. The room was big and the bathroom too.

The hotel is located very close to Union Square and is convenient for travel. The room is clean and quite large. The disadvantage is that it takes 15 minutes to get hot water for bathing, and the water in the basin is too small. The central air conditioner was not hot enough and was very cold. Later, I called the on-duty staff in the middle of the night and started the wall-mounted air conditioner to get better. The toilet is a bit small, and there is a handheld shower for bathing, which is convenient!

Just lie! It actually says that it will be renovated in 2023! How dare you write!

Contrary to the online description, not a suite, only a bed and sofa, not a sofa bed

It's very close to the subway station, so it's easy to access. The size of the room is a bit small, but it is a good value for money place that does not interfere with a one-day stay.

Staff were incredibly friendly, and hotel is in a good location. Unfortunately, there just was t the attention to detail I expect for the rooms' price point. The countertop for the bathroom sink had been broken at some point and kind of glued back on, leaving unsightly and sharp edges. A crucial light bulb was out in my room. The biggest problem, however, was the hot water. The shower took 20 minutes to warm up enough to use, running at full blast with the sink hot water also running at full blast the entire time time.I wish that were an exaggeration, but it's not, and it didn't matter what time of day I tried to shower. It was odd, too, because the sink would warm up faster than the shower by several minutes, and if I didn't leave the sink on while in the shower or turned it off mid shower, the shower water would cool substantially again.

If cold showers are your thing, this is the hotel for you! I booked a block of rooms for a conference only to hear from nearly all guests that there was little to no hot water for the duration of their stay. One person was able to move to another room, while the others were promised that an engineer would come fix it but never did.
