Nice hotel in good location to walk about to the piers for any trips would like to go on. Big breakfast hall with everything you could want. Highly recommended

Location is good closevto warf. Checking in is slow with a long line. Parking on site is not good if you have a large SUV...park somewhere else. No Spa but would still stay again.

Great location and service. Breakfast is good but the same thing everyday. Lots of street parking available around hotel but read the signs carefully.

I stayed for 4 nights. Great breakfast selection. However, menu stays the same. It's crowded every day. Accessible location to touristy areas. Best to take an uber to and fro airport.

The hotel is in a great location, just minutes away by foot to Fisherman's Wharf. Lombard Street and Chinatown are both accessible by foot, as well as the trendy Russian Hill/Polk St area with many bars and restaurants. There are multiple rental car locations a few minutes walk away as well so that you can drive across the Golden Gate Bridge and go to the Battery Spencer Lookout or continue onwards to Sausalito and Muir Woods. Note that there are two wings of the building and we were placed in the wing separate from the main lobby and dining room, and the steps were not wheelchair accessible. The service and amenities are good, but we had a first floor room facing the street and it was quite noisy at times due to the poor noise isolation where you could hear people talking outside on the street quite clearly. Overall, the location was good and the value was quite high with breakfast being included (it was fine, nothing special).

The hotel is in a very good location, only 50 meters away from Fisherman's Wharf, and the starting point of the Big Bus City Tour is just a few steps away from the road (towards the seaside); it is very convenient; in addition, 50 meters away from the seaside on the same road, you will find Trader Joe's, where you can easily buy some necessities. In fact, Pier 39 and Lombard Street are within walking distance. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich in American hotels. The hotel room is also very comfortable and clean. Very good experience!

The hotel is in a good location. It's only 7 or 8 minutes' walk to Fisherman's Wharf. It's very big, with many foreigners. The breakfast is rich, but the soundproofing is very poor.

The room is not very big, with two beds leaving basically no extra space, but fortunately the location is convenient, only a five-minute walk from Fisherman's Wharf. Overnight parking is an additional $60, and the hotel pool and fitness equipment are also charged $40, although I didn't have time to use them. This is a popular area in San Francisco, with a constant stream of guests. The breakfast is good and free, and there is a lot of food, which is worth recommending!

People in California are generally warm and friendly! The room is large, there is a sofa, a refrigerator, and the environment is very good. The location is very good, five minutes away from Fisherman's Wharf, the bus stop is at the door, and a 20-minute walk from Chinatown. By the way, you can store your luggage for free, which is great!

It is very close to Pier 39. There are many restaurants nearby. It is about 2 to 3 kilometers away from China town and Union Square. The breakfast is quite rich. The room layout is reasonable and clean. The staff is very nice.
