I love this hotel so much, not only because we got married the weekend we stayed here but I was just honestly blown away by the entire property and service we received. This hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! The suite was just so perfect and clean. The complimentary items from the fresh fruit plate to the Carmel popcorn, I was in awe. I would stay here again and again because of the staff; every person was so welcoming and said hello. The bellman Francis was the absolute sweetest and so so helpful, he’s fantastic. This is my favorite hotel in San Francisco and I will only ever stay here when in the city again. 10/10!

My stay at the Hotel Drisco was an absolute delight from start to finish. As a five-star hotel I figured it had to be nice, but it still managed to exceed all my expectations. First of all the staff is very friendly and helpful... they helped me figure out the logistics of the things I needed to do. Victor at the front desk was so helpful when I checked in, and Shae was amazing when she called a few days before to finalize details of my visit. I chatted a bit with the general manager in the morning and he was eager to make everything perfect for me. My room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the internet worked great. The evening wine reception and morning continental breakfast were precious and delightful. Parking was easy. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to San Francisco.

I felt like a princess! This hotel is first class from start to finish. The rooms are appointed nicely, so comfy and clean. Every staff member I met was exceptionally nice and attentive. I really didn't want to leave! Such a wonderful find and made our trip to San Francisco very special. Cannot recommend enough.

Hotel Drisco is a wonderful hotel!! First of all, it is in a building of only four floors, plus a street level floor that contains the dining room. Your room key is an actual key, so if you go into the elevator, all you need to do is to press the number of the floor you want. The elevator and two staircases are very accessible. The delicious breakfast spread is included in the fee, so when the staff members see you there, they assume that you are a guest. You can help yourself to any of the delicious food options on display, and you can also order special breakfast dishes. There is a room on the first floor in which you can help yourself to coffee and tea and small snacks all day long. Sometimes there is wine available in the late afternoon. All the workers are helpful and patient, but they never intrude. It is a beautiful and comfortable place in which to stay!

The staff were courteous and very professional. We felt we were in a very unique establishment. More European than American. The lounge area provides coffee/tea all day long and then some biscotti during the evening. The continental breakfast offered a diverse selection of foods which addresses all variety of tastes. The Evening Wine Reception is a MUST! It offers a variety of wines combined with various apps that make for a unique experience. The Hotel Drisco is our go to home while in SF!

We can for our 25th wedding anniversary and I am so happy for picking this place. Top class on every little detail from warm towel at reception, wonderful greetings, top class wine reception and breakfast. I am recommending this place to everyone I meet thinking about going to SF. I have stayed at places for double the price and not had half the quality you get here. From the smooth Bulgari soaps to the homemade granola, no detail is missed. Best place I stayed at and I have travelled a lot for 30 years.

The Hotel Drisco is the best litttle secret in San Francisco. It is quiet and in the middle of Pacific Heights. It feels very safe. The rooms are nice appointed. They always have a beverage bar in their front, enormous lobby. The staff treat us very cordially and are extremely knowledgable about the area. The breakfast buffet and afternoon buffet are extremely delicious and offer many tasty options. The Hotel leaves a special to go package on your door, including Altoids and sanitizer this visit. We love taking walks around the neighborhood. EXCELLENT! You will not be disappointed.
