Checked in around 10 pm room was on the 9th floor hallways are a bit tiny rooms were cleaned everyday very friendly staff helped when I needed assistance with towels and silverware

Overall it's a good hotel The room is not too small and the toilet is huge and clean Sound insulation is good, no noise was heard The neighborhood is pretty clean The guy at the front desk who checked in at night kept smiling and had a good service attitude. Later, I went to pick up my luggage at noon the next day. What on earth was that girl doing because of burnout? :) She even dropped my computer. Her quality was worrisome.

Do not choose this hotel to avoid pitfalls! The front desk discriminates against Asians! The room is not big, only a few blocks away from union square Go out of the hotel towards Union Square, and in the opposite direction is the homeless gathering place. There is the sound of fire trucks🚒 every night, it’s so noisy! There is nothing wrong with the hotel itself, and Marriott's service is still very good.

The room is very small, surrounded by many restaurants, bars and cafes

It is on a beautiful street, close to the center, there are homeless people in the lower streets, but the street where the hotel is located is a neat street.

The location is superior. It is close to several scenic spots in the city center. Hotel facilities are similar to domestic high-end chain express hotels. The rooms are small but the facilities are relatively new. The hotel is clean and the parking is expensive. Public parking nearby is cheaper.

Normally, no one comes to clean and the room is airtight

I was very skeptical with all the negative reviews; however, I've always had my trust in Marriott, especially Courtyard. My stay exceeded my expectations, my only complaint is that the walls are thin and you may hear other guests. I did not hear any guests, but I realized I could hear my group very well as I left the room and it worried me. I would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my time and I hope that I can stay at a Marriot again in the near future.

Hotel was nice and in a good location where you can walk to some restaurants and coffee shops. For any other tourist attractions you need to catch public transit or Uber/Lyft. The only “negative” aspect of our stay was that the bathtub would clogged. Front desk was nice and allowed us to check in early and store our luggage for a few hours after we checked out.
