Hotel is freshly renovated. Everything looks clean and new. Very good soundproof- absolutely no any noises in room. Bathroom clean. Staff friendly. For this price for SF it’s a good choice

Lock on shared bathroom broken, trash was never emptied, elevator seems like it 1000 years old and the safety cert was expired by more than 2 years.

As advertised. Comfortable, clean, quiet for downtown, pleasant, great location.

Terrible hotel. The hotel is difficult to find. There is no parking at the hotel and no drop off. We had circled the area for an hour trying to find the place. There is a parking structure a city block away. If you have luggage, be prepared to drag it with you. The parking structure is valet only and costs 50 dollar to park overnight. When we finally found the hotel, the doors were locked. We almost gave up knocking when someone eventually let us in. The area is dirty and homeless people everywhere. That's probably why the front door is kept locked. The hotel has wifi which seems exceptable but that is about it. There is no coffee maker. House keeping never came to clean the room. No heating or air-conditioning. Windows open but screens were missing. We had a toilet and shower but the sink is outside the bathroom. The elevator is rattley and a little scary. Our biggest complaint is the absense of parking and drop off. Don't come here if you are driving. We will never return to this hotel.

Smoke alarm in the room was disconnected. There was a mouse in the room. Staff are nice. Area is dirty, but not unsafe.
