Had an issue with payment and receptionist was so unhelpful on the Sunday trying to double charge us for one night. Communication was terrible and she never explained that she was charging us for the room. The next day the receptionist changed and she was much more helpful and finally we received a refund. Overall okay stay just first day left a bad impression

Good and clean and the security is very safe

The hotel itself is lovely, the staff were so friendly and the room huge and clean. The only downside we had was the amount of homeless and drug users in the road outside the hotel who were sometimes loud, we were advised to not walk the road at night and to never walk alone. The hotel was lovely though so if you can look past the people outside it’s worth it.

The location of the hotel is average. There is a small block next to it. There are many people sitting on the roadside. It is a bit scary to walk at night. The parking spaces inside the hotel are limited. If you arrive late, you may need to park in the open space next to the green belt. You need to manually move the blocking piles away, which is a bit troublesome. The hotel is very noisy. There is a big road next to it. There are police cars passing by at night, which greatly affects sleep. It is recommended to choose a room slightly away from the road.
