The hotel is very simple, the room was comfy but some parts of the hotel need a good cleaning. I don’t really care luxury stuff, it was cheaply and handy location

Aaroud hotel is a little bit durty area but 5minutes walk to Powell st station & UNION SQUARE, center of the city.hotel staffs are very kind and friendly.our room was clean equipped refrige, microwave inside of the room ,also we could check in earlier (maybe if room is ready.) 日本人にコスパ面でもおすすめ。テンダーロイン地区がOKであれば。

Don't expect to say for the location I just wanted to get something that was local for where I was going tonight and also like if I even come back like somewhere I could come back to close also so so far I'm really excited for breakfast

You get what you pay for, but for the price the rooms are pretty nice, local convenience's are also a plus!

Great location, too loud as it is facing the road, cleanliness needs to be looked into.

An old space but in the heart of downtown makes it ideal for the travelers without vehicles.

It's a relatively dangerous neighborhood. I seem to hear gunshots at night, and there are many homeless people around.

Live up to their low price

The location is in the city center, but it is in a neighborhood with many homeless people. The house is very old and the sanitary conditions are relatively poor.

The hotel was built in 1907 and is showing its age. However, it was clean and comfortable and close enough to walk to the trolley station. The staff were friendly and helpful. We shared bathroom and shower facilities which were kept very clean. The old elevator was pretty cool! Just like in the movies!

There's lots of construction around the hotel. Check-in was fast with no issues. Old elevator works great.. Room was clean and comfortable. The homeless were around but of no bother. Fromt desk staff was courteous and kind. I'll stay here again on my next trip to San Francisco.

Clean, quiet, nice room, excellent bed. Just what i needed for a wonderful weekend.

For the price it's definitely a good place to stay with closeness to Bill Graham, BART, and a couple of small hole in the wall restaurants and convenience stores. . The sheets I had were not clean at all and covered in stains which I think we all know where they're from (they did not have bed bugs that I could tell which was nice). The bathroom is a shared one and key me tell you now, it's SF so when I was there, walked in one morning to a seat smeared with feces and I was disgusted and refused to use the bathrooms there. . The staff were nice tho and like I said for 2 beds a fridge, TV, WiFi, and a microwave it was a good price but could've been way better as well.
