Great location, amazing price, horrendous service. Receptionist (male Indian from Gujarat) is extremely rude and disrespectful. He should be fired. I was here for a few days, and then all of a sudden he said he wouldn’t let me extend my stay. Gave no explanation whatsoever, and then began raising his voice and threatening to call the cops. The hostel itself was decent, but this irascible Indian receptionist made me regret ever booking a room there. He should be fired and never be given a job that requires relating with people.

There are regular guests in the room, but his bed is full of food crumbs. It hasn't been cleaned up for a long time. It smells very bad. There is still a smell of feet in the room. There is no toilet and bathroom on the whole second floor. I need to go down to the first floor. I told the Indian at the front desk that the room smelled bad, and he replied that no. It's none of his business. The service attitude is very poor. I don't know what boss will invite such a person at the front desk. The four of us, three of us, were disgusted by this person's service attitude. I booked the room for the next day, and I didn't want the room fee, and I didn't want to live anymore. Good hostel, convenient, low cost , I liked stay here, I enjoyed in San Francisco trip stayed there for 5 nights , it was a good experience , meet new friends there too !!!

Good location at night so noisy homeless

The service attitude here is very bad. I don't recommend booking here. You can spend 10 or 20 yuan more to go somewhere else. The waiters here will treat customers as thieves.

I didn't stay there that day because it was too uncomfortable and I gave up. This is where the homeless people live, and many of the guests are homeless people.

It's a terrible hostel. When I first arrived, there were two homeless people living across the street. There was a disgusting smell when I entered the hotel. I found out after I checked in that I had to make the sheets myself. When I got to the kitchen, I bought milk and the refrigerator was big. It was so full that there were even cockroaches inside. I had a female boss who arranged me into a 6-person room with all boys. I moved out the next day. I booked for 5 nights and couldn't get a refund. I contacted Trip.com and they said The hotel cannot refund you if you don't give it back. I hope you won't book this hotel again. I would rather you spend more money and enjoy better quality.

The address of the accommodation is easily accessible, next to the bus stop. There is a convenience store. Restaurants in the same area The disadvantage is that it is an area with a lot of homeless people. for cleanliness There are some that are clean and some that are not that clean because it is a residence where many people live. Overall, it was worth the price paid.

The receptionist at this hotel had a very bad attitude. When I entered the hotel and asked for Wi-Fi, I was told directly that it was not available! Very bad attitude and extremely arrogant! Very dissatisfied with this hotel! The prices for hotels in San Francisco are sky-high...
