The people were super nice, the location was fine. Nothing to write home to mama about, but just fine for a night or two in a just fine location.

It is okay to sleep with tight budget. But do not leave anything in your car. Our car was safe, but overall the security of San francisco is not gooood

The hotel has a great location but the atmosphere of the hotel is a little bit strange. The hotel could include other services like car pick up, which would be great for tourists.

This price can also include parking spaces in this area. It can be said that the price is very high, so don't ask too much for this price.

The equipment is very old, the elevator is terrible, and I will not stay again next time

Motel, the facilities are relatively old, but very complete, to catch up with the hottest days in California, the air conditioning works. There is a refrigerator and microwave, you can solve it yourself early. The second Polk Street through Van Ness Street has supermarkets, pharmacies and many restaurants, as well as Chinese food. About 1 mile to the sea, and the same distance west along Broadway, you can reach Fortress Park, a little further from the bart station, and there are buses at the door. Overall good

Facilities at motel level Security doesn't look good. Anyone can come in, so I actually run into a homeless person sitting in front of the room. But the location is very good. It is easy because cafes and restaurants are densely located on the block next door.

Everything was great just be careful parking in basement that downhill will always scrape the bottom of your vehicle, not a lot of parking besides that staff are friendly and rooms are really clean and comfortable

This place was great. Very large family-style room with 2 queen and 1 king bed. Our room even had a decent view of the city and a partial bay view!

good hotel, very friendly and smiling staff. the rooms are quite large. Only small problem, quite noisy when other guests walk into the room from above.

We booked the inn on broadway because there was 5 of us travelling and to save costs agreed to share a room. The inn has large top floor accomodation to sleep 6 and had semi privacy. The inn is situated ok with restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was very small and light very dim so struggling to see to shower in the evening . Parking was included which was a huge bonus. No real complaints to be honest.

Modern, updated, gorgeous rooms; killer location, FREE parking, and amazing price. So why the One Star? I’ll tell you why. I inadvertently left some clothes behind (I know, my bad), and the housekeeping staff stole them. I phoned the front desk as soon as I realized, and, no dice. Gone. There’s no other explanation, because I don’t have them, and didn’t leave them anywhere else. There’s a PLETHORA of places to stay in this ‘hood, and greater S.F., and because of this, even though, again, my bad, I won’t return. I highly recommend staying here…just make sure you don’t leave anything behind.

Room was recently renovated. Property location was good and very convenient. Free parking was great. Walls were a little thin so we could hear a lot of street noise.

Definitely appreciated the free parking on site and all the restaurants in easy walking distance.
