The room is not big but very clean. There is hot water in the thermos on the first floor. There are homeless people outside, but it will not affect tourists' travel. For the price a good hotel however was in an area with a large homeless presence outside and there was also quite a lot of noise from outside

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is good and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The fire engines were quite loud late at night, but that's just how it is in the location.
