Very beautiful guesthouse, every corner is decorated with details. Love the dining room with the garden view. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood, quite safe to walk around and a lot of nice restaurants, cafes and bars on the Valencia street, which is 10 mins walk away.

This was at least our 3rd stay at PGH and, once again, it did not disappoint. Room was comfy and immaculate and grounds are gorgeous--especially the gardens and common spaces inside. We love the morning self-serve breakfast options and the pretty sun room to eat & greet the day (& occasionally other guests). Proprietors & staff are uniformly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The late afternoon wine & cheese is another appreciated treat. Location is great; very safe & walkable, with tram car line just outside (to whisk you to the Noe Valley or Embarcadero, or toward west side), and lovely Dolores Park, and Mission Dist. or Castro (with Bart stn) a few short blocks away. Great restaurants & shopping abound nearby. We parked car on street (safely) and didn't need it the entire stay. Highly recommend this boutique hotel! We will definitely be returning.

As always The Parker Guest House is the best place to stay in San Francisco. Welcoming and friendly staff, a wonderful courtyard that is worth the trip alone, centrally located, and it always feels like coming home to family. This is the only place I stay when I am in the Bay Area and has been for years. I highly recommend.

Coming off a three-day road trip, staying at the Parker Guest House felt like a home away from home. An immediate warmth embraced us as we entered the property. Thanks to the fireplace and warm reception.Text communication ahead of our stay was polite and accommodating of our needs based on arrival time. The room was clean, the bedding had a nice thread count, and the mattress was super comfortable. Breakfast consisted of many healthy options and the kitchen area was bright with plentiful seating. I would 100% stay at The Parker Guest House again.

The room was beautiful. The bed was lovely. The bathroom was perfect. The patio was relaxing. The breakfast was a great start to the day. The wine and cheese was a lovely end to the day. The hosts were always gracious. The short walk to the Muni was convenient. The coffee shop (Spro) down the street was excellent. And the bread and pastries from Tartine (a short walk away) were amazing

Only place we love staying in San Francisco. Well located. Great friendly helpful staff. Yummy breakfast included. Rooms are comfortable. Has adorable vintage charm!! Priced reasonably. Parking onsite when you request it. Gardens are amazing
