Kimpton Hotel Enso

Pacific Heights
Nice Japanese boutique hotel! The room with nice furniture, also with yoga mat! On share amenities, they provided vinyl and turntable, you can chill over there in the evening. So far very thing was good, just one thing that they didn’t have free parking. Parking fee is US51 per night, recommend to park the mall parking garage nearby, it’s cost $29 for 24hr.
Hotel Kabuki, Part of Jdv by Hyatt

The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great, my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip! If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!

The breakfast was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The Chinese boss gave us a lot of help and was very satisfied with the stay.
Hotel Drisco

There are places on the internet where you need to worry about misinformation, but the reviews we read that led us to pick the Drisco for our anniversary getaway were spot on. We loved everything about this beautiful boutique hotel, from location to accommodations to the wonderful breakfasts to the wine and appetizers in the evening and the extraordinary staff. Mina, at the front desk, could not have been more warm, welcoming and helpful. Her restaurant suggestions were terrific, and the birthday surprise for my wife she arranged to have in our room was perfect. She seemed to take as much pleasure in our reaction to the hotel as we did, but really, we could extend the compliment to the entire staff. Everyone we dealt with greeted us with a smile. That, of course, is something that most staffs are trained to do. But it felt like the entire team took a genuine pride in the hotel, and the service reflected that pride.” Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a panoramic city view. The fitness center, while compact, was well equipped, and I might have actually used it if I didn't feel like I'd gotten enough of a workout walking up and down the streets of the gorgeous area in which the Heights is located. The evening wine reception was one of the best we've sampled, with an excellent choice of wines and some delicious appetizers. If we could have packed some of that guacamole for the car ride back to Los Angeles, that would have been nice. A few Swedish meatballs would have been good, too! Breakfast was another treat. The omelets were perfect every day. The berries were ripe, the smoothie was delicious and the coffee was great. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay another day or two. We've been lucky enough to share 44 anniversaries, and this is one of our top five!

My husband and I stayed here overnight for a belated Valentine's celebration. We had planned on going to have fondue at a restaurant on Van Ness several blocks away and we thought that this location would be a wonderful place to stay at nearby. When we arrived, Amanda welcomed us in and helped take in our luggage and checked us in. It definitely felt like a bed and breakfast but a bit more elevated. Our room, Jardin, was not the biggest room, but definitely the most comfortable. I really liked how the water closet was separate from the shower room. It had a nice tv with a desk and water available to us. The most amazing part of this experience was the bed. The bed was THE most comfortable bed I have ever slept in my entire lifetime. If I had the choice, I would definitely come back here to sleep in that bed. Breakfast was your standard continental breakfast, but it was very nice and we very much enjoyed it. We were pretty much all to ourselves that morning, so it was great. We had to check out a bit earlier since we had another engagement, but I would have to say that it was an great place to stay at. Amanda was wonderful and was always there to help us when we had questions or needed help with the temperature in the room. I'm glad that we stumbled upon this amazing place. We look forward to staying again here soon.

This is a wonderful Victorian hotel in the centre of San Francisco. A green that sadly isn’t breeding cared for well enough. Our room was a suite which was magnificent. The bed rather too high off the ground and the room bay hot unless you ran the extremely noisy air con into. So don’t stay in the summer. A nice touch is the all day coffee station. They provide a continental breakfast but this is appalling. There is little or no choice and when I asked for gluten free bread the foreign worker did not understand me at all. So my choices were severely limited. No cereal no bread and only an over cooked cold boiled egg and yoghurt. The scrambled egg was so revolting you could have cut it with a knife. So for me the bravest was a disaster and as we stayed four nights you think the staff could have found a loaf for me. I can’t be the only person in San Francisco who is gluten free. This green of a hotel is poorly run and needs renovation and better management to reach its full potential.
