Except it's a little noisy because it faces the street, but the location is pretty good. It's near the city and it's very convenient to travel. Both the staff and the boss are very enthusiastic and friendly. They will tell you which places are best not to go because they are more dangerous.

We have made annual trips to San Francisco and The Clift has become our favorite hotel in the city by the bay. It was recently completely renovated and now has a crisp, modern urban vibe yet the historic Redwood Room offers a classic sophisticated ambiance with skilled and sociable mixologist, live jazz or a DJ some nights. The Front Desk staff were so welcoming and accommodating, and the housekeeping service impeccable. Simply amazing all around! Can' wait to return.

This hotel is the most convenient location in San Francisco. It is located at the intersection of Market Street and 4th Street. The Marriott Hotel is right in front of you. There is a Ross store diagonally. I stayed for 5 nights. There are no slippers or toothbrushes in the room, so you need to bring them with you. I got one box of tissue at the front desk. There is no refrigerator. The microwave is on the ground floor. My daughter's room has only a shower, but my room also has a bathtub. The receptionists were all very kind. One of them spoke Japanese and was really kind. There are restaurants and supermarkets near here, so it's very convenient. There are many trains, so it is a good place for sightseeing.

Stayed for a long weekend with my husband (both in our 30s) in October. First and foremost, Fusion hotel is in a perfect location. We took the BART from the airport to Union Square and the hotel is about a 4 minute walk from the station. The transport system in San Francisco is great so you really can get to most places in the city from the stop. The street cart also comes from just outside the hotel and then a few minutes walk in the other direction to the actual Square, you will find buses all over the city too. Fusion Hotel is surrounded by great shops, and places to grab a coffee, we never ate in this area so can’t comment on places to eat near the hotel. Now to the hotel it’s self. Check in was smooth, we arrived late on a Friday evening and the lady on reception was helpful and friendly. The lobby is very large and a lot newer than the rest of the hotel and was always spotlessly clean as were the hallways. When you get to your room you feel like you are in a different hotel! The rooms are very dated. The air conditioning unit was so loud it sounded like a plane was taking off so you could not have this on at night. Our room had no view at all, just a small court yard, but we were never in our room enough that long to care. Despite the out dated room decor, I have to say that the rooms have everything you need! We had a fridge, good space to hang clothes, iron, ironing board, safe, big mirror and dressing table and the bed was very comfy. I never use hotel shampoo and conditioners but the ones that Fusion hotel provided where actually amazing! Fusion hotel is a no thrills on the decor hotel but really does have everything you need and the perfect location for your trip to San Fran. I would stay again.

Was here for holiday, chose this location as heard it is one of the safer areas. It was too bad, just that opposite the park there are quite of bit of homeless people sleeping. Location was alright, was accessible to Fisherman wharf, Golden Gate (took Lyft all the way). Around $10 to $25 per trip. Service was quite good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning staff was cheerful and greeted everyone. However for the room, it was not the best, not what i would expect of Hilton having frequent the brand in other countries. Unlucky as got one of the un-renovated rooms. Room was outdated. The shower is a one way, so you can't control the flow of the water. There isn't even a sink stopper to fill the tub. Overall because of the room, wasn't the best for me.

As other reviewers have said, we found this hotel to be a little worn down. Nevertheless, our room was clean and comfortable and all the people we encountered at the desk were helpful and friendly. However, getting food in this area was a real challenge. Usually airport hotels have lots of choices of both fast food and restaurants, but the offerings in this location are minimal. It compounded our disappointment to learn the hotel's restaurant was only open certain days. The cook-to-order breakfast that HGIs usually offer was totally missing, since the restaurant was closed on the two mornings we were there. I did not see this ANYWHERE on the website or would certainly have chosen a different hotel. Even though we had a car, there did not seem to be many places to eat; several we might have gone to were closed. There are several other hotels, even in the Hilton family, close by. I'd suggest picking one of them.

The Beacon Grande, formerly the Sir Francis Drake Hotel, is a charming and elegant old world style hotel right in the heart of San Francisco. The staff greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home. They were very generous in helping us navigate the city. Their suggestions from afforded us a unique, view of this enchanted city, from local sights to great eateries. But if You can’t get out; their lounge has equally fantastic food and caring service. I wholeheartedly recommend that You experience this grand gem of a hotel for yourself when You’re in town!

I stayed 3 nights in a female room, beds in a capsule style, a spacious and quiet room, a big locker, and it covered my bag, common bag and jacket. In every floor they have a lounge with TV, microwave, freezer, coffee and tea. The location is excellent, close to the market, public transport and tourist points at 20 minutes walk. Great location for visiting our relatives. Front desk staff was helpful, and we appreciated that they had extra towels and toilet paper behind the front desk so that we wouldn’t have to wait for someone to deliver this to our room. Beds in our 7th floor room was surprisingly firm. Most hotels have worn soft beds. Bathroom is well designed considering it’s a small space. Bright lights and white walls with a modern shower reminds me of a deluxe cruise ship bathroom. Mini microwave in the room is a nice plus because the Trader Jo’s is right across the street. Free parking is a definite plus. And lobby area feels like a mini living room. At night, you need your hotel key to walk through the front entrance sliding doors as well as tap key to access elevator — great double security feature which I appreciated! And housekeeping staff were genuinely helpful and friendly.

YYONGAnother disappointing experience. The booking price was more than 4,000 and one night. I thought it was better than Liz. The result was that I found a Samsung hotel and the front desk offered two thousand. Two big and one small gave two single bed rooms, the front desk means to act according to the order. She has no responsibility. The room we booked is wrong. The problem is that Ctrip can answer that I have paid such a high price. I can't get the corresponding service because I chose the wrong one? At checkout, there was an additional $30 in facility fees per day, but the Ritz Hotel did not. According to Ctrip's regulations, this fee is paid separately by me. Ctrip defines the rules as perfect for themselves, without any problems. I just want to remind you that it is very simple for me. I paid a high premium. My expectation is to get better service. I can live comfortably in two big and small, I will not spend too much time researching. How big is the bed, and there is an extra cost to pay. Where can I provide a satisfactory reservation service, I am going to book it, but Ctrip is obviously not. Thank you, goodbye Ctrip.

Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. If planning a stay in San Francisco Hotel Triton is hard to beat! While it was our first stay here, it definitely won’t be our last.

GGuest UserI used to be a frequent guest at the W SF back when it was Starwood but had not visited since Marriott took over the W Brand. I did try and stay last year but before arriving I read that the restaurant was closed and I asked the hotel what they were doing as an alternative, but they had absolutely nothing for Platinum Breakfast (other than 1k points per stay which is a HUGE downgrade), so I opted for another hotel. I had high expectations for this stay as I had previously loved this hotel, but as a frequent traveler in Marriott brands and having one of their Highest Elite traveler statuses (and staying at W Brands lately), I knew service levels were still suffering post pandemic. Unfortunately, it started low right from the beginning. I had confirmed a Studio Suite in advance. When I arrived, I was given a corner room that almost seemed smaller than standard rooms (Room 2109). I inquired about upgrades to larger rooms, and I was told no, because it was a busy weekend, and nothing would be available. I checked on the app and saw that every room type was available for the length of my stay and beyond. I was basically DOWNGRADED. Once settling into the room, then I realized the major issues. Smaller rooms should be easier to clean, right? Well, this one not only had carpet stains, but I quickly found out that the ”Marriott Commitment to Clean” was actually a Commitment to Ignore. Not only were their stains on the carpet and dust and dirt in the windowsills, I found a previous guest's room keys sitting on the counter. Obviously, the room was just ”re-set” and not inspected or cleaned at all. I guess the promised sanitizing was out of the question. We then went to get some ice and noticed that the ice bucket was half filled with standing water. It was disgusting! Thats not the worst part, I then found a pair of women's ”play-style” lingerie slightly soiled sitting on the floor by the sofa. I mentioned the cleanliness issues to the Front Desk, but the representative simply stared at me and then asked if there was anything else I needed? I should have been a bit more insistent that they take it down, but I was so shocked I did not. The room setup, although smaller than what I wanted and pre-confirmed, was also not great. There is no storage at all other than the closet. There are no drawers at all or other places to keep clothes or anything else. If you have two suitcases, you are going to have to keep them out as there is no place to put them in the closet. Other than the Front Desk and Room Condition, we had a nice stay, although the Room is really what we paid for. The rest of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were great, and the food was amazing! Kudos for them for sure! Actually, the only place I was every recognized or thanked for being a Marriott Elite was from the hostess at Breakfast. The bellhop was also quite nice and helpful when we checked-out and needed to store lugga

GGuest UserThe property seems completely new.. everything is fresh, beautifuly designed and clean. Staff is great, helpful and happy to help. Slight glitch - often the front desk is very busy ( it's a big hotel) and only on charming staff member.. ? Pool (not heated) is cool, as they write on the wall... with many pool ”inflatables” for the guests. Room is big, spacious, comfortable and of course, as clean as they come. Play room next to the lobby is a gem for a family after a long day. Huge bonus: free (neatly designed) bikes to hotel guests! ( first in first served). A fantastic experience in san francisco, caza hotel had a big part in it.

GGuest UserI want to share my recent experience at this hotel, which I regretfully cannot recommend. The hotel has an attractive location but is marred by a lack of basic amenities and poor customer service. During our six-night stay, we discovered on the second morning that there was no hot water. We informed the receptionist, Andy, but were met with a dismissive and rude attitude. We were informed that there would be no hot water for the rest of the day, and this lack of basic amenities was for a total of three days of the six days of our stay. Please note that according to California Civil Code §1940.2, it is the responsibility of the hotel to provide and maintain hot and cold running water for guests. To make matters worse, when we requested to check out early due to this issue, we were offered no refunds as our stay was prepaid on expedia. Expedia told us that the property was to decide while the property said it was expedia.. As I am a hotelier myself, I know it is the hotel’s call in the end. We were offered a shower facility in a separate building which was very inconvenient as we had to walk out of our building and take elevators to get there.. This was not a suitable alternative to the basic amenity that we had paid for. To add insult to injury, at time of check out, Andy offered us only $80 as a refund on a reservation worth over $1500, what a humiliating act, we could not believe it! Better not to offer anything, because really it is a shame to offer this to people.. We were one of the many customers to complain, and we saw that the receptionists had no sympathy towards anyone.. Yes, all businesses are there to make money, but not like this. What they did is close to stealing from someone! I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers, and I will continue to write on other platforms to warn people..

GGuest UserThis is a special place, no doubt. Every room is individually decorated and provides some retro Mafia/ Italian style interior. Even the group bathrooms are really with such level of detail, especially with it‘s historic armatures. Extroadinary and droll antiques are displayed on all floor levels which makes this place very cosy with a shabby attitude. So what‘s the „cons“? I am generally a friend of shabby, but if shabby becomes tacky than this could become problematic. Some examples. Dust was spread all over the room including lamps, wardrobe, etc. Which led to the impression that my room has not seen professional cleaning for a while. The room was fitted with a carpet which best days were over since a couple of decades. The carpet in my room showed a number of stains, which were ideally referring to some good red wine, but I felt uncomfortable walking in the room without shoes on. Finally the bed linen also showed some stains and I detected black hair on the pillow. So the overall summary is that the stay could have been much cosier and comfortable due to the unique in- and exterior of charming San Remo, but tidiness is key! Another positive aspect to mention is the fantastic location as Fishermans Wharf, Lombard Street and Golden Gate Park can all be reached easily in a couple of minutes by foot. So I really don't know if I liked this place or not, also given the fact that San Remo is not a bargain... Make your own views...

This price is a cost-effective choice in downtown San Francisco. Very close to the attractions, a little far from the city center, and convenient transportation. Facilities are older, but the rooms are larger than the same price in the same area. Our big Ctrip is really powerful. The most affordable price on the entire network is lower than the price set by the locals. Give us a thumbs up for Ctrip! By the way, there is a problem with repeated room rates, Ctrip's online customer service & # 128129; ‍♂️ service is a big praise! Although I haven't solved it yet, I am very attentive!
