Camere vecchie e datate, mobili anni 80 minimo, frigobar vecchissimo e macchiato internamente, bagno piccolissimo e anche questo vecchio, buona posizione ma null’altro, un bel restauro sarebbe necessario, vista la vicinanza con l’ospedale e il santuario sarebbe sicuramente un buon punto di riferimento.

Abbiamo usato Le colonne come punto d'appoggio x le nostre mete Personale molto gentile, colazione buona,pranzo nella norma, Unica nota dolente,x noi,l'aria condizionata in camera non si sentiva per nulla,meno male che ci sono stati giorni di pioggia e frescura altrimenti mi sa che la notte non avremmo dormito. Consigliato sia x il garage sia x la vicinanza al santuario. Se dovessi ritornare a San Giovanni sicuramente ritorneremo qui

Iniziamo dalla camera minuscola con la finestra che dava praticamente sulla rampa di accesso dove passavano praticamente tutti .. dentro l'armadio abbiamo trovato un bicchiere sporco di una sostanza scura imprecisata... personale alla reception poco cordiale colazione terribile siamo arrivati intorno alle 8:45 e abbiamo dovuto chiedere i cornetti al bancone del bar perché non era rimasto nulla abbiamo dovuto chiedere anche i cappuccini perché altrimenti nessuno ti considerava ....cena ancora peggio lasciamo perdere esperienza purtroppo negativa del resto parecchie altre recensioni confermano ampiamente il tutto .. Unica nota positiva la vicinanza col santuario .

Sono stata 3 giorni presso l'hotel Colonne con un gruppo di 50 persone, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottima posizione vicino al santuario, camere pulite, personale gentile e attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza dei propri ospiti. Colazione abbondante e ottimi menù sia a pranzo che a cena. Un caro saluto al proprietario Giovanni, sempre gentile e disponibile con i propri clienti. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerò il prossimo anno.

Esperienza abbastanza negativa. Camere poco pulite, tende che non sono state mai lavate (a giudicare dall'aspetto), lampada sul tavolino piena di polvere, aria condizionata non funzionante, camere claustrofobiche. Personale arrogante (eccetto i camerieri). Uniche note positive vicinanza al Santuario e un bel buffet a colazione. Per il resto non lo consiglio.

Purtroppo, la mia esperienza è stata deludente. Stanze piccole e poche pulite. Propietario arrogante e poco educato. Aria condizionata mal funzionante. Dispone di un piccolo parcheggio per le auto dove non entrano tutte le auto per cui bisogna parcheggiare sulle striscie blu a pagamento. Non lo consiglio!

Vado in questo hotel da anni e ogni volta stiamo benissimo grazie mille davvero noi torneremo sempre da voi e lo consiglio a tutti i pellegrini che vogliono soggiornare sereni e essere a due passi dal Santuario. Camere belle pulite colazione adeguata e prezzo ottimo
