Ho pernottato 1 sola notte. Personale accogliente e qualificato. Reception luminosa e spaziosa. La stanza discreta, ma secondo me da migliorare. Doppia superior con moquette non aspirata totalmente e macchiata in modo vistoso.Bagno con macchie sul pavimento e senza sigillo garanzia sul water ( di norma obbligo nei 4 stelle). Comunque in linea di massima stanza abbastanza pulita. Ho lasciato il balcone aperto, perché nonostante avessi spento il riscaldamento , arrivava sempre aria calda. Non ho fatto colazione. Non mi è stato detto del garage coperto. Macchina con parabrezza ghiacciato la mattina. Comunque se in zona sicuramente merita.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. piccoli problemi risolti immediatamente con professionalità e cortesia. Ottimo. Albergo molto confortevole. Unico consiglio di indicare meglio l'ingresso non proprio di immediata individuazione. Ristorante con prezzi congrui e qualità eccellente.

Staff very pleased nice clean rooms towels changed each day bit out of the way from anywhere good food different selection each day breakfast was good all you needed to keep you going for the day would recommend for a short stay over if you on you way somewhere

Camera spaziosa e accogliente, il personale è stato molto gentile e professionale cambiandoci la camera tempestivamente per un problema che si era verificato. Posizione comoda nei pressi dell'uscita dell'autostrada e a 5 minuti in auto dal centro di Arezzo. Colazione molto buona con scelta di dolce e salato. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
