Maya Bella was very comfortable, right in the middle of San Ignacio hotels, shopping, restaurants. Everything was in walking distance to the hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and helped arrange transportation as well as tours and activities. Coffee served with fresh fruit in the morning was a nice touch. The hotel was extremely clean (they scrubbed the floors at least twice daily!) and comfortable beds with a/c. I would recommend Maya Bella and would stay there again!

I love the pool, the building are well kept, the only problem I had was my bed was too hard and I was unable to get a good night rest. I did ask about a softer mattress but the hotel was unable to accommodate me.

Convenient, comfortable stay in San Ignacio. We had a tricky time with a family member falling ill during our stay on a public holiday. Cesar and team helped find an additional room to help our circumstances as well as guide for a doctor available to help with meds. All very kind, helpful staff, thank you! Ps: lots of conveniently located electrical outlets also a big plus.

Maya Bella allowed us a comfortable jumping off point to walk around San Ignacio and explore. The staff was so helpful and Cesar was amazing.

I love that the staff had fresh coffee brewed by 5am every morning. And very good and strong coffee! When you head out for a tour at 7am you'll thank them every time!
The rooftop balconies are amazing for hanging out when you've need a break from your room's AC.

Yes, it's on the main tourist street, but the location is perfect. Two minutes walk to the bus "station" with rest rest of the downtown just a minute away. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Good air conditioning. Spacious bathroom with cold water. When it's 100F, hot water isn't a priority for me. Rooftop pool was refreshing. Coffee and bananas available for brekkie. Also, if you have a car, covered parking is available.

This property is centrally located in San Ignacio. 3 very good restaurants within a couple of minute walk. Swimming pool on the roof is really great on a hot day. This was our second stay here and we would definitely go back.
