It’s more of an inn without any breakfast offered. It’s rather noisy and somewhat scary as there are cars that zoom up and about in the middle of the night

I came here last week and wanted to check in my room but their system was down so they could not check anyone in. It was 1 am and there was nothing they could do. I had to go find a hotel at 1AM... it was not fun and very stressful.

I don't know why the rating is so low. Although the facilities are a bit old, the induction lights, toiletries, large shower head, clean and tidy, and the price is not expensive. You can even book a nanny car to pick you up at the airport for free the next day. Such a simple but real hotel is rare in second-tier cities in the United States. Room: Overall, the room was clean, but in very poor repair -- not filling in old holes before painting, rust on lights in bathroom, baseboards in bathroom coming off, showerhead missing a piece so it could angle correctly. Also, there was no handle on the inside of the sliding bathroom door, so you couldn't shut it all the way. Premises: Didn't seem too sketchy to me, but honestly really hard to navigate. Accessibility: I was given a wheelchair accessible room (because I booked only one bed), and there was plenty of space for a wheelchair to navigate, but the showerhead in the walk-in shower wasn't working correctly (or missing a piece? no idea), so if you wanted to not hold it, it would only stay at a very weird angle close to the wall and too low to stand under it. This was only annoying for me (I'd like to chill in a hot shower after a long flight), but would be a concern if they're marketing this room as specifically as accessible to people with mobility disabilities. Overall, I didn't leave, but I did immediately decide not to return when I come back to the area to move into my apartment.

WiFi rarely worked. Had room service one day in 4 night stay Bar/resteraunt was shut permanently. Felt unsafe throughout Bare electrical wires in room Room safes wouldn’t work Room keys failed 3 times in 4 days Not a good part of town Reception wait time regularly 30 mins Pantry is a joke Blinds don’t cover corridor lighting so difficult to sleep **** smell everywhere Pool area is a joke. Shower head leaks and sprays ceiling Sink cracked. Aligns more with motel 6 / red roof. Avoid at all costs.

I was unable to complete the check-in process due to my concerns regarding the overall condition and safety of the hotel. This place resembled more of a run-down Motel 6. The establishment appeared to be in a state of disrepair, and the cleanliness standards were subpar, leaving me with a deeply unsettling impression. Initially, I joined the check-in line, but I decided to step outside and explore the property. Upon returning, I continued to wait but ultimately concluded that I could not, in good conscience, stay at this location, given the perceived level of discomfort and concern for my safety. The place is in poor condition and feels unsafe. I have a history of positive experiences with Wyndham hotels and, as such, felt confident in making this reservation. However, the conditions I encountered at this particular establishment were far from what I expected and were, quite frankly, unacceptable. In light of this, I promptly contacted the hotel and the third-party booking site in the hope of obtaining a refund for my reservation. They informed me that they would need to reach out to the hotel directly to inquire about the possibility of a refund. They made several attempts to contact the hotel, investing a total of 45 minutes, before receiving a response. The individual on the other end conveyed that the hotel's manager would not be available until 9 a.m. tomorrow, and only the manager possesses the authority to approve a refund. Days later I was informed that no refund would be given even though this place does not meet standards and was beyond unacceptable.

This hotel located in bad neighborhood. I almost got break in after two hours check in ( at 3:00pm) in broad daylight. The font desk told me they have camera and security walking at night. But after incidents I also found out that their camera not function for along time(they lie). If you wamt to have nice vacation and stess free, don't check in this hotel.
