From start to finish I really enjoyed Marriott Courtyard Campbell. I called ahead to review information about the hotel and talked to a gentleman named Wally. He was super informative and helpful. When I arrived he also addressed me professionally and was very helpful during the duration of my stay. I would say he exemplifies outstanding customer service. I use Marriott all the time and have not been this impressed or pleased in along time. Plus it is close to home for a nice getaway. Thanks Wally!

The newly built hotel has relatively new facilities and is very clean. You can buy food and drinks on the first floor, which is quite convenient. Because I was afraid of noisy, I negotiated with the front desk to change the room, and the front desk was also very good at communicating. Arrived early on the first day, the front desk was also very accommodating and checked in in advance.

This is the best hotel to stay in the whole of South Bay Area including Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto and San Jose. I have been so impressed with the service of all the employees and specifically Madison as she not only helped me at the front desk but I saw that she was prompt to answer my questions and provide appropriate response through the Hilton Honors App too. The Hilton brand experience is also amazing at this place and all the amenities are to the point like Parking, Restaurant, Fitness Centre etc.

My office is very close by so this is the preferred hotel when we come into the office. I've stayed at AC Brand hotels a few times and like them. This hotel was great. Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful! Great lobby bar with a very talented mixologist, was not expecting that in a hotel bar! Breakfast was included in my rate and was super healthy and very tasty. Choice of a healthy egg entree with a breakfast buffet filled with healthy options including yogurt, fruit, juices and whole grain breads. My room was super spacious with a king size bed and a large banquette type couch. A nice desk area with lots of light. My bathroom was a completely closed space, but a colleague had a completely open bathroom with frosted shower and toilet doors which I thought was strange and probably not the best if traveling with kids or with family. I was on the freeway side of the building and was not bothered by the noise of the road, but another colleague was, so if you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room on the other side of the building. Thanks for a great stay! Will be happy to come back.

I wanted to book this hotel in Crowne Plaza without booking it. Later I found that there was a big road with Crowne Plaza. We brought a 5-year-old child, no extra bed, parking lot but parking is charged, the location is very good, we are using Google Maps navigation, the next high speed, no breakfast at the hotel

The front desk service attitude of the hotel is very good. You can ask for the printout and electronic version of the receipt when you check out. You can store your luggage after checking out. The lobby is very spacious, and it is suitable for office meetings in the lobby. The room is really good. Because it was booked late, I shared a king suite with another colleague. There is a double bed under the sofa, which can accommodate 4 people. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot. You need to scan the code to book the same parking time as the room, otherwise it will be charged 15 dollars a day. I parked for a total of 6 nights and charged 130 dollars. The front desk said that it will be refunded to the bank card after check-out. We Chinese should not expect breakfast. Anyway, you can eat enough and try to eat less high-calorie donuts. One thing to note, especially for students who have high requirements for air quality, there is a large landfill in Milpitas. Although the hotel is far away, it is also within the range. There is a smell similar to burnt plastic in the air. It is not heavy, but you can smell it.

I stayed here for 6 nights to attend a conference at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. I was looking for a place as close to the convention center as possible because I needed to bring my demo equipment, but I had a hard time finding a hotel that was reasonably priced. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The owner was very friendly and answered all my questions promptly. If I ever come back to San Jose, I would use this hotel again. サンノゼマッケンナリーコンベンションセンターで開催される学会参加のため６泊利用しました。 デモ機を持ち込むため、なるべくコンベンションセンターから近いところを探していたのですが、値段が高いホテルばかりで困っていたところ、ここはリーズナブルな値段でした。 部屋は広く、清潔で、サービスも行き届いていました。 個人経営のホテルですが、オーナーの方がとても親切で、不慣れな私の質問にも丁寧に答えてくれて適切かつ迅速に対応頂きました。 サンノゼに来ることがまたあれば、再度このホテルを利用したいです。

GGuest UserAfter a miserable day of travel and the last leg of our flight being canceled, Renee, at Four Points, sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and went far above and beyond to accommodate us, help extend our checkout time, and offer a very reasonable rate; the room was comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Our airport return was well beyond checkout time; they tagged and held our luggage so we could go have dinner, then retuned us to the airport in the evening so we didn’t have to spend hours in the terminal, exemplary service by kind and caring people.

Aamberlys94At check in I asked for a room on a high floor, he told me he did not have any, but don't worry theres no one above you. which clearly there was, I could hear them walking and stomping. No problem , they were quiet after 9pm. The room was clean and decent enough, until it was morning and time to take a shower. No hot water. they were nice enough to move me, but I ended up forgetting a small canvas bag in the old room that completly dissapeard. the front dest person said nobody had been in the room but there was a luggage tag in the trash that was not mine and my little bag was not there, as it was the only place I could have left it. Would I stay agian, probably but I'd make sure I have hot water before unpacking, since moving rooms in a rush in the morning caused me to leave something behind, yes I know that is my fault, but the item should not have dissapeared.

GGuest UserWhile we had a confirmed reservation for a room at the Hampton, they were booked up, however, helped us move across the street to the Holiday Inn. It was midnight, with three young kids, and the front desk man for the Holiday Inn was proceeding to tell us there were no rooms and no options. After the front desk man from the Hampton pushed, Holiday Inn agreed to ”clean a room” so we could stay the night. They proceeded to clean a room with 1 King bed, when there were four of us and we asked for a room with two queens. An hour later, we were let in a room. The tile floor was sticky and there were only 3 shower towels (even though they all knew there were four people). Beds seemed clean and were comfortable. Airport shuttle driver was then about 12 min behind schedule but was very nice gentleman. I wouldn't care about the late shuttle (we planned extra time), except when you don't get into a room until 1am and you have to catch a 6:15am shuttle, it's annoying.

The surrounding University of San Jose can walk around, there is not much dining around (or not more accurate), but you can go to the airport to find something to eat

GGuest UserA lot more than what meets the eye when you first pull in! Rooms were very spacious, breakfast was ok except they didn't have the waffle machine working that was sitting on there on the counter, which was kind of big bummer. They also have a full bar but it was closed for whatever reason and not stocked at all. The breakfast and bar were the main reasons we booked this hotel too.
Oh and one last thing, someone at the front desk apparently ”accidentally” set off the FIRE ALARM in the entire hotel. At about 1:30AM the fire alarm sirens started blaring. I didn't smell smoke and didn't see or hear any panic when I went outside. I came out of our room and looked down the hallways and there was NO ONE to be found... Searched around (all while deafening sirens are blaring right outside our door) at 1AM and all of a sudden, after about 5 or so minutes of frantically trying to find a fire or anything, the sirens stopped. Extremely confused and also a bit irritated at 2am, we called the front desk after not hearing anything from anyone about if we were in danger or not. They answered finally and we told them that the fire alarm had been going off... The front desk person said ”Yes, we know, we took care of it.” Like it's a normal occurrence and we should've known I guess... So, confused again, we asked ”Sooo, was it just an accident?” And all they replied with was ”Yes.” Without so much as an apology. And that was that

The rooms are always clean and whenever I need anything from any of the workers here they get right on it and take care of the situation. GGuest UserMy wife made a reservation for my son (age 22) to stay at Extended Stay Hotel for a month. Upon arrival with my wife (she and I were paying for the room) were informed that my son's ID was needed to stay in the room. His ID was stolen over a month prior after he was assaulted, and he'd not yet had it replaced. However, we were able to produce a full color photocopy (front and back) because we keep them for all valuables (e.g. credit cards, ID's, etc.). Was informed by the manager that this was insufficient, and their policy was that the guest must produce an actual physical ID. Ironically, we had just the day before checked my son out of an Extended Stay about 15 miles away where he had been residing for the past six weeks. That Extended Stay was close to his job, but we had decided to move him closer to us for our convenience connecting with him, and helping him get to the grocery store (he does not drive). The Manager (Rico) would not budge on the policy, so we moved our son to a nearby hotel for a few days hoping to sort it out. I reached out to Extended Stay Guest Services (don't bother with your canned and insincere response, because I HAVE already contacted you directly), and was informed that I would be contacted by a District Manager within forty eight hours. Having received no additional contact, I continued to try to reason with Guest Services, but was informed that only a District Manager could allow the manager of the hotel to grant an exception to their rule about requiring a physical ID. A week later I made a new reservation for myself at the hotel, plus a guest. Upon arrival was told by Rico that because my son did not have an ID, I could not check into the hotel myself. In other words, despite any experience I have had checking into a hotel previously (and since), at Extended Stay Hotels the policy is that all adults who will reside in the hotel must produce a physical ID. Either that, or their manager was being obstinate. In any case, I informed Rico that I needed to resolve the situation immediately, because I was leaving town, and wanted to see my son situated before I left. I literally begged him to contact the District Manager by phone, but he refused. Said that he'd sent them an email, and that was the most that could be done. To summarize - over the course of a week, I spoke to Extended Stay Guest Services over five times. I spoke with representatives Stephanie, Matt, Samantha, Shaniqua, and Mariah over those days, and each time was assured that the District Manager (Salguni P) was aware of the need to speak with me, and would be in touch. Nico said the same thing. I had a Case Number (29763792) that is apparently meaningless, because I have never been contacted by anyone at Extended Stay. I moved my son into a Marriott Residence Inn directly next door to the Extended Stay Hotel, and had absolutely zero issue checking in. My son did not have to produce any ID, and although I did end up paying a slightly h
