This is the best hotel to stay in the whole of South Bay Area including Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto and San Jose. I have been so impressed with the service of all the employees and specifically Madison as she not only helped me at the front desk but I saw that she was prompt to answer my questions and provide appropriate response through the Hilton Honors App too. The Hilton brand experience is also amazing at this place and all the amenities are to the point like Parking, Restaurant, Fitness Centre etc.

From start to finish I really enjoyed Marriott Courtyard Campbell. I called ahead to review information about the hotel and talked to a gentleman named Wally. He was super informative and helpful. When I arrived he also addressed me professionally and was very helpful during the duration of my stay. I would say he exemplifies outstanding customer service. I use Marriott all the time and have not been this impressed or pleased in along time. Plus it is close to home for a nice getaway. Thanks Wally!

We went to see the 49 ers preseason game and my husband booked this room. Although we checked in pretty late and when we got to our room there were two ants in the bathroom by the shower tub, I told my husband and he said babe let’s go get something to eat so we left and went to get pizza and wings, when we got back we were eating and went took a shower fell asleep. My husband woke up at 6 am a turn the light on and wakes me up to tell me that the table is covered in ants and our food and clothes omg I was so pist off and called down to the front desk the lady said her manager was not there and to call back Monday. My husband was taking a shower and I told hi. He went down stairs to the front desk and told the lady about our room being infested with ants , she basically told him manger was not there so he got pist and told the lady look your telling me i have to wait in the room that’s infested with ants until 12 noon I don’t think so, she gave him a different room and said we’ll you’ll have to talk to the manager on Monday he said she was rude . We were able to get a different room and went to eat breakfast which was excellent and after that we went swimming in the pool it was very nice .overall, the hotels is a very nice quiet place we will definitely stay there again , but we will talk to the manager about our situation

As I said in the title, it doesn't get any better than this. As an old guy who has traveled extensively at home and abroad, I know whereof I speak. Is it perfect? Of course not. But to call out those things that could be improved is to be churlish. The staff's attitude and service are the best I have ever experienced. The location is charming and just a very short walking distance from some fabulous restaurants. It sits at the entrance to beautiful Big Basin Redwoods State Park. Quibbles? The rooms could use more hooks for hanging towels and clothing; blackout curtains would be a welcome addition. Don't let these minor matters stop you from staying in a facility that comprises one of the West's most enjoyable lodgings.

Room was nice and clean, continental breakfast included, hotel have a swimming pool and a garden. So it was reasonable price for the value. The only problem was that our room was not ready when we arrived so we waited for about 15 minutes, no big deal though.

The hotel is very new and very clean. Parking can be parked on the side of the road for free. It takes 20 knives to stop in the underground garage. The people in the hotel have to help stop it. They can't stop by themselves, but no one helps to stop at Christmas, so they will stop by themselves, and they will stop for a while. My stay was for one night. The room was not the cleanest, the pool wasn't open and the laundry facilities were closed. This location doesn't have a restaurant or breakfast. For a place to sleep and shower the price was right.

Overall, I am very impressed. The room and bathroom were excellent and very clean. Staff were very courteous. Only negative experience was with the TV. I did not get Chromecast working on my iPhone and gave up after a few minutes of trying. Yes, I plan to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThis hotel is a hidden gem in walking distance of the city center and the convention center. Currently, parking is free there, so that alone is a reason to go there instead of the usual chains.
The person who runs this place is doing it with utmost dedication and love for the property and the guests. Everything is in top condition, the room is clean and provides everything needed for a business trip. I would give the facilities 5/5 if the towels would be of a slightly softer quality.

GGuest UserAfter a miserable day of travel and the last leg of our flight being canceled, Renee, at Four Points, sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and went far above and beyond to accommodate us, help extend our checkout time, and offer a very reasonable rate; the room was comfortable, clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Our airport return was well beyond checkout time; they tagged and held our luggage so we could go have dinner, then retuned us to the airport in the evening so we didn’t have to spend hours in the terminal, exemplary service by kind and caring people.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 25 days. Very nice extended stay hotel. Everything was clean. Internet was decent. All of the staff was OUTSTANDING... always friendly and helpful. Coffee was good and always available. Linens and towels were clean and of good quality. Breakfast was prepacked which we assume was do to COVID and it was good. Seems to be a very safe area directly across from Lucky's California grocery store which was clean and had good fresh vegetables. We loved our stay there.

GGuest UserWe just stayed for one night between destinations, but everyone we encountered was beyond helpful, extremely friendly, and kind. Shout out to Milton, the bartender for making sure we got fed (it was late) and who went above and beyond for us. Food: free hot breakfast buffet in the morning with delicious options. Our morning had: eggs, plantains, beans and rice, peppers and sausage, mixed veggies, fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, lunch meat/cheese, variety of breads, yogurt, juices, coffee. There is a restaurant on site as well. Room: Spacious, clean, large shower, coffee maker, ice machine nearby. Cold a/c and extremely easy to use wifi. One complaint for improvement. We ordered the shuttle that runs every hour at the 45 mark. There was a worker holding up a sign that said “county inn and suites” but the shuttle was an unmarked white van. After being hounded by many cab drivers during our wait, we were extremely apprehensive of getting in the shuttle with no confirmation this was who they said they were. We contacted the hotel and they assured us, so we did ride with them. I will say they were super patient and kind with us while we waited for confirmation. As two females traveling, we have to make sure of our safety. The hotel should get signage for the shuttle for any other travelers this helps ease. Other than that, great stay and would absolutely come back another time!

GGuest UserJUST SAY NO. MASSIVE communication failure and inconsistent policy between this location and their main reservations. I made a reservation for my son through their main reservation line. The man arranging this reservation said I needed to provide a credit card authorization form to the hotel, in order for me to pay for the stay (I would not be staying, merely trying to reserve a room for my son as a gift for his move to Hawaii). I completed the form and forwarded to the email they provided. When my son tried to check in, the reception desk guy wouldn’t allow him to check in, as he had no CC authorization form. Now, anticipating situations like this, I also sent a copy of the form to my son. The receptionist refused to accept my son’s copy and told him that I needed to email it directly to his email at the hotel. So I did, and then called the hotel directly to follow up on its receipt. At this point, after a lengthy hold, the night manager told me that they do not accept personal CC authorizations at his location and they would not honor or process my payment!! I will be calling their main reservations tomorrow. I hate to be a Karen but there are some real issues going on here… not to mention two individuals now have all of my credit card information, my address, my phone number. Unprofessional and not recommended, consider other options and save yourself potential headaches.

GGuest UserMy son and I flew in for a surprise visit to see my daughter. Their Mgt. were outstanding with helping us with surprise!! room was great, accommodations were awesome. Website states hotel Shuttle and its actually a taxi service. Everything was as expected for a Holiday Inn. No real issues. Would stay again!!

GGuest UserA lot more than what meets the eye when you first pull in! Rooms were very spacious, breakfast was ok except they didn't have the waffle machine working that was sitting on there on the counter, which was kind of big bummer. They also have a full bar but it was closed for whatever reason and not stocked at all. The breakfast and bar were the main reasons we booked this hotel too.
Oh and one last thing, someone at the front desk apparently ”accidentally” set off the FIRE ALARM in the entire hotel. At about 1:30AM the fire alarm sirens started blaring. I didn't smell smoke and didn't see or hear any panic when I went outside. I came out of our room and looked down the hallways and there was NO ONE to be found... Searched around (all while deafening sirens are blaring right outside our door) at 1AM and all of a sudden, after about 5 or so minutes of frantically trying to find a fire or anything, the sirens stopped. Extremely confused and also a bit irritated at 2am, we called the front desk after not hearing anything from anyone about if we were in danger or not. They answered finally and we told them that the fire alarm had been going off... The front desk person said ”Yes, we know, we took care of it.” Like it's a normal occurrence and we should've known I guess... So, confused again, we asked ”Sooo, was it just an accident?” And all they replied with was ”Yes.” Without so much as an apology. And that was that
So, be prepared, if staying here, that might happen! Just forewarning. 🤷

MMarceloG658When we arrived (in a TRIP from LA) we asked to use the restroom. They do not have a restroom to be used. You have to use your room restroom. The checkin process took 90 minutes (yes: 90 minutes). The person has no training on how to use the computer. She did not organized a line for the checkin. People arrived and she just bypass those that were waiting for the checkin earlier. After 90 minutes she gave us a room upstairs saying that there were no rooms available on the ground floor. After carrying all the baggage (4 people - including to children) upstairs, we entered the room and there was a strong smell of cigaret smoking (the hotel says it's smoking free). We came back to the checkin and, after 20' more minutes she gave us a room on the ground floor. We entered the room and SAME PROBLEM. Strong cigaret smoke smelling. We were just too tired to go to another hotel and we decided to spend the night at this location. Turned the heat on and a smell of wired/plastic burn started. Tuner heat despite the cold weather. The carpet was dirty and the sheets smells cigaret. In the middle of the night a car alarm started buzzing in front our our room. What a nightmare. They offer ”breakfast” however the breakfast is served in the checkin room. No tables, no chairs, only a 2 seats sofa. What a nightmare. Thanks god I spent only one night at this place. Terrible and very expensive. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

GGuest UserSuch an expensive price actually did not have toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers and other items in the room, stayed for 2 nights, no one disturbed the health in the middle, 2 people set 4 breakfasts, the results, what? Breakfast is boiling water or coffee. How many packets of cereal and a few packets of biscuits are on the table? Nothing else! Nothing at all! Is this called breakfast? I have 4 breakfast money for me! ! !

883lukejThe only word I could use to describe my stay at the extended stay Edenvale North is ensurance. No matter how long and hard the day was what obstacle you had to go through you always were insured that you had a place to come home and rest safely that's how I felt it here at the Extended Stay I was insured by the place to be safe with the help of kind staff and workers helping me get through each day that I stayed I can't thank them enough and highly recommend that if you need a place to be or stay when you're in South San Jose especially around the covid era the Extended Stay North always had my back very professional clean healthy environment to fall back at the end of the day five star rating awesome hospitality friendly environment I can't thank you enough for your help I highly recommend this hotel to anybody I need of a place to stay
