1-Week Stay at Harts Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harts Hotel for a week, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a bustling area with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt welcome during my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues that somewhat impacted my experience. Firstly, for the last two days of my stay, there was an issue with the bathroom flush, which caused inconvenience. It was a minor inconvenience that affected the overall comfort of my stay. In addition to the flush issue, there were a couple of other drawbacks. The hotel did not provide tissues in the room, which was unexpected. It would have been convenient to have them readily available. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was a disappointment as a non-smoker. While it didn't directly affect the room itself, it detracted from the overall experience and the hotel's otherwise pleasant ambiance. Despite these minor drawbacks, Harts Hotel still has its merits. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room were commendable, and the hotel staff remained attentive and helpful throughout my stay. In conclusion, my one-week stay at Harts Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness were highlights, the issues with the bathroom flush, lack of tissue provision, and odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway were disappointments. I would recommend Harts Hotel with the caveat that guests may encounter these inconveniences during their stay.

Booked the room for my family, wasn’t able to take picture of the room as I leave immediately after they’re settled,.. Trinoma/Landmark is just walking distance, but as per google maps, it will take 12 minutes (if I remember it correctly), but because it’s really hot nowadays, you can take grabcar (around 140??),.. The room is quite big, have windows where you can see the street,.. Maybe the downside is there’s no mini-fridge (better if have as it was a family room so can put some food/drinks), no extra hanger, no slipper, have only 1 table and 2 chairs (I haven’t tried to ask, but maybe you can request as the room is for 4 people when booked); have complimentary water, shampoo and toothbrushes; You can also check-in early, just pay 500php (not sure if this is the reason why hangers were no available as they are still preparing the room when we checked-in) — check in time is 2pm, but we arrived around 12noon; They will also ask for 1K deposit where you can claim back once you check out,.. location is very near metro manila but it feels like you are far from the city. The place is really peaceful. Staff are really helpful and accommodating. Special mention ms. Gina who have gone the extra mile helping us with our concern. Plated breakfast was served since they did not reach the number of checked in guests for a buffet set up. Dont forget to bring or wear socks if your kids will use the playroom. Only negative thing is their elevator is not working, so we have to use the stairs, and it really is a hassle if you are going to the restaurants and other amenities. Our legs were really sore and aching from going up and down the stairs going to and from, so instead of having a relaxing stay, it was a bit challenging especially because our room was located on the first floor and we have a k

Glad there is a near Red Doorz in our house. Our electricity got busted in our neighborhood and we need to immediately book a hotel. Thank you for being clean, complete, and reliable. Meron nga lang construction site beside and it was noisy very early in the morning. Huhu.

Location - it was near the event's place of our friend. Plus it is accessible. Service - it was above average. They even let me stay in my friends' room for a few hours (I made the booking for them). Staff were courteous and helpful. Cleanliness - it was okay. Nothing spectacular. Amenities - they offer a lot for their guests. Sad though that my friends were not able to maximize the amenities.

The important thing is that the protection system for outsiders is quite difficult. The manager pays attention to every detail. Near shopping malls and on the main road, easy to find, easy to come, will definitely recommend people to stay Waiting for a refund of the already canceled booking. but there is no confirmation. Refunds or cancellations quickly should be a favorite for travelers staying here.

Very good location, close to the Megamall and also close to other venues for business dinner and meeting. The interior is a little bit old but so far, it's quite good. The bed was comfortable. The AC fan is a bit hard to control.. but it's not bad.

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Novotel (room only, no breakfast). Service was excellent (they provided a cake for us to celebrate our anniversary, and we asked for late check out which they kindly accepted), The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good wifi connection if you need to work. The location is great with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The gym is open 24/7 (attended 6am-11pm) and there is a steam room but we didn’t use it. The gelato on 1F was pretty good! Couple of areas for improvement: - the walls were thin so we could hear people next door talking, or the shower adjacent to ours - our rainfall shower did not work and there is no shower door so the floor got a bit wet - there are not many amenities available - only body wash, shampoo, hand wash, body lotion, toothbrushes

Front office is amazing and attentive. Grand Hyatt and the Peak is an experience in itself. Every room has a bath tub and the hallway, lift smell really good. Not also as crowded as the likes of Savoy/ Belmont. Bar bites in The Peak is also yummy, highly recommended is their Negroni.
