1-Week Stay at Harts Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harts Hotel for a week, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a bustling area with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt welcome during my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues that somewhat impacted my experience. Firstly, for the last two days of my stay, there was an issue with the bathroom flush, which caused inconvenience. It was a minor inconvenience that affected the overall comfort of my stay. In addition to the flush issue, there were a couple of other drawbacks. The hotel did not provide tissues in the room, which was unexpected. It would have been convenient to have them readily available. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was a disappointment as a non-smoker. While it didn't directly affect the room itself, it detracted from the overall experience and the hotel's otherwise pleasant ambiance. Despite these minor drawbacks, Harts Hotel still has its merits. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room were commendable, and the hotel staff remained attentive and helpful throughout my stay. In conclusion, my one-week stay at Harts Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness were highlights, the issues with the bathroom flush, lack of tissue provision, and odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway were disappointments. I would recommend Harts Hotel with the caveat that guests may encounter these inconveniences during their stay.

All the staff was very helpful and assistive when it comes to their customers. My experience was just smooth and love the staffs as they are very friendly. Hope i can meet them again. Ill recommend this to my families and friends! Thank You Astrotel Novaliches Family, you guys did a good job!

Booked the room for my family, wasn’t able to take picture of the room as I leave immediately after they’re settled,.. Trinoma/Landmark is just walking distance, but as per google maps, it will take 12 minutes (if I remember it correctly), but because it’s really hot nowadays, you can take grabcar (around 140??),.. The room is quite big, have windows where you can see the street,.. Maybe the downside is there’s no mini-fridge (better if have as it was a family room so can put some food/drinks), no extra hanger, no slipper, have only 1 table and 2 chairs (I haven’t tried to ask, but maybe you can request as the room is for 4 people when booked); have complimentary water, shampoo and toothbrushes; You can also check-in early, just pay 500php (not sure if this is the reason why hangers were no available as they are still preparing the room when we checked-in) — check in time is 2pm, but we arrived around 12noon; They will also ask for 1K deposit where you can claim back once you check out,.. Staff went beyond their way in providing us a quality service and great experience at the hotel. Thank you! Appreciate all your help! From breakfast buffet at CASA where we were being accomodated very closely by the staff and checking in on our baby from time to time to make sure he is enjoying his food to the front desk staff who did their best to provide us all our needs during our stay (especially the baby bath tub!). Thanks so much! We'll surely come back!

Front office is amazing and attentive. Grand Hyatt and the Peak is an experience in itself. Every room has a bath tub and the hallway, lift smell really good. Not also as crowded as the likes of Savoy/ Belmont. Bar bites in The Peak is also yummy, highly recommended is their Negroni.

For my business trip, this hotel was chosen as it is close to the workplace. The hotel is a little away from the main road and the road is not lit at night so stray dogs can be a menace when returning late in the evening. The hotel premises is kept clean. They provided Gym and pool pass but I didn't try it. At check-in they take a fully refundable deposit of 1500 pesos in cash for which you get a receipt that you must furnish when you check-out. The WIFI is not very strong and is horrible at the 3rd floor. So, I suggest taking up rooms in other floors as it was difficult to get reception in my room. The room was comfortable with very basic amenities. Two 15grams soap, two Shampoo+Conditioner bottles, hairdryer and towels are provided. Water bottles are replenished when rooms are cleaned. Room cleaning is not done every day, but the staff will promptly assist if cleaning is needed. They have an in-house restaurant that serves limited but good food. However, the restaurant is not open past 7pm which is a bother as you would either must go out to have dinner or order through the app Grab. As part of the package, Filipino breakfast was provided for me. They don't have a buffet breakfast for guests. You choose Filipino / American / Continental breakfast which is a plate of limited pre-set menu that cannot be refilled. I am rating the hotel less due to the amenities provided and limited options for food. However, the staff is excellent and made the stay as comfortable as possible. They were polite and always trying to help to the best of their abilities.

Location - it was near the event's place of our friend. Plus it is accessible. Service - it was above average. They even let me stay in my friends' room for a few hours (I made the booking for them). Staff were courteous and helpful. Cleanliness - it was okay. Nothing spectacular. Amenities - they offer a lot for their guests. Sad though that my friends were not able to maximize the amenities.

Location: 5/5. Easy to locate and is really in the certer. Service: 4/5. Front desk is easy to talk to, cheerful, and responsive. They also update guests from check-in details to hotel activities via Telegram. Their area for improvement though are the attendants at their resto (7F). Cleanliness: 3/5. Beds were clean and neat. The room we got was tidy upon arrival. However, the restroom at our assigned room has a pungent odor that even Lysol® can't eliminate. Also there were nymphs occasionally. Amenities: 4/5. While it doesn't have the usual ones like the pool or gym, it has an art gallery plus a rooftop that has events every weekend night. Also, they have card/board games that we borrowed. These made our stay more enjoyable.

Love this newly opened budget hotel. The room was very clean. The bathroom was modern. I wish they have free toiletries, but I was ready so I didn’t need it. But if you plan on staying here, make sure you have complete toiletries. The wifi was good. No issues with all my devices. Overall, I would stay here again.

The surrounding environment is good, there is a small park, very close to McDonald's, and there is a supermarket and barbecue shop downstairs, which is very convenient
