1-Week Stay at Harts Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harts Hotel for a week, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel's location was excellent, situated in a bustling area with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, always ensuring I felt welcome during my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, there were a few issues that somewhat impacted my experience. Firstly, for the last two days of my stay, there was an issue with the bathroom flush, which caused inconvenience. It was a minor inconvenience that affected the overall comfort of my stay. In addition to the flush issue, there were a couple of other drawbacks. The hotel did not provide tissues in the room, which was unexpected. It would have been convenient to have them readily available. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was a disappointment as a non-smoker. While it didn't directly affect the room itself, it detracted from the overall experience and the hotel's otherwise pleasant ambiance. Despite these minor drawbacks, Harts Hotel still has its merits. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room were commendable, and the hotel staff remained attentive and helpful throughout my stay. In conclusion, my one-week stay at Harts Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness were highlights, the issues with the bathroom flush, lack of tissue provision, and odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway were disappointments. I would recommend Harts Hotel with the caveat that guests may encounter these inconveniences during their stay.

The important thing is that the protection system for outsiders is quite difficult. The manager pays attention to every detail. Near shopping malls and on the main road, easy to find, easy to come, will definitely recommend people to stay Waiting for a refund of the already canceled booking. but there is no confirmation. Refunds or cancellations quickly should be a favorite for travelers staying here.

Excellent location, close to SM Fairview and Ayala Terraces. Room cleanliness needs attention especially the bathroom. TV has no local channels, but Netflix and Youtube are available. Stay details were not communicated during check-in, which is a must such as wifi access and breakfast

All the staff was very helpful and assistive when it comes to their customers. My experience was just smooth and love the staffs as they are very friendly. Hope i can meet them again. Ill recommend this to my families and friends! Thank You Astrotel Novaliches Family, you guys did a good job!

Staff went beyond their way in providing us a quality service and great experience at the hotel. Thank you! Appreciate all your help! From breakfast buffet at CASA where we were being accomodated very closely by the staff and checking in on our baby from time to time to make sure he is enjoying his food to the front desk staff who did their best to provide us all our needs during our stay (especially the baby bath tub!). Thanks so much! We'll surely come back!

Very good location, close to the Megamall and also close to other venues for business dinner and meeting. The interior is a little bit old but so far, it's quite good. The bed was comfortable. The AC fan is a bit hard to control.. but it's not bad.

Front office is amazing and attentive. Grand Hyatt and the Peak is an experience in itself. Every room has a bath tub and the hallway, lift smell really good. Not also as crowded as the likes of Savoy/ Belmont. Bar bites in The Peak is also yummy, highly recommended is their Negroni.

Booked the room for my family, wasn’t able to take picture of the room as I leave immediately after they’re settled,.. Trinoma/Landmark is just walking distance, but as per google maps, it will take 12 minutes (if I remember it correctly), but because it’s really hot nowadays, you can take grabcar (around 140??),.. The room is quite big, have windows where you can see the street,.. Maybe the downside is there’s no mini-fridge (better if have as it was a family room so can put some food/drinks), no extra hanger, no slipper, have only 1 table and 2 chairs (I haven’t tried to ask, but maybe you can request as the room is for 4 people when booked); have complimentary water, shampoo and toothbrushes; You can also check-in early, just pay 500php (not sure if this is the reason why hangers were no available as they are still preparing the room when we checked-in) — check in time is 2pm, but we arrived around 12noon; They will also ask for 1K deposit where you can claim back once you check out,.. We stayed overnight for my son’s birthday. I’ve nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. Ambiance - the high ceilings of the building gave the hotel a luxurious feel. The lounge area had comfy sofas; they have a restaurant that either serve buffet style or plated. Location - the hotel is located in Scout Castor. There are nearby restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store. You’ll appreciate the silence of the surroundings especially if you need a good nights rest. Hotel room - we stayed at an executive twin bedroom on the eight floor. I was very surprised with how spacious the room was for the price we paid for! It also had high ceilings with floor length windows and blind curtains. The room had a modern industrial style which i loved so much. Amenities - they have water refilling stations on every floor to prevent the use of single use plastic bottles. The pool area was so nice.. the pool itself was only about 4 feet deep. There’s also a lounge are where you can relax and enjoy the view of QC. Staff - Everyone we encountered on April 29-30, 2023 were super kind and courteous! I want to commend the receptionists (i forgot to get their names huhu) and sir Harold for being so nice to us talaga. I was alone with two small kids and nakikipag kwentuhan sila and nakikipagtawanan sila sa akin. Hehe. I dunno, I just appreciated it so much kasi this was the first time I traveled alone with my kids. All in all, Privato QC is an awesome place and we will definitely go back probably for a longer stay pa. Medyo nakakagulat nga na wala masyado guests though peak times kami nag book considering it was a long weekend pa. This hotel gets a five star for me! ❤️
