There was a lot of noise in the halls and this noise affected the room, it was hard to sleep with the noise

I had a 5 star experience here for 8 nights and enjoyed a beautiful room overlooking the golf course and mountains. The room service was exceptional particularly the quesadilla and the pasta dishes. The pools were sensational and even tho it was packed there was plenty of room for everyone. The spa was well worth it (ask for Laura) she is the best! I had great housekeeping from Maria on the fifth floor and my favorite bellman was a gentleman named Carlos. Everyone was very friendly and when there were any issues at checkout or checkin they were resolved quickly by the excellent customer support team of Caleb, Jackeline & Gianina all of whom provided impeccable service.

Area was very nice. Hotel was very clean and the service were excellent. Food quality was also good.

Great rooms, and staff! Beds were a bit narrow but overall very comfortable.

The environment is very good, but the sound insulation between upstairs, downstairs and the rooms is very poor.

Great hotel, antique, with a lot of history and stories, but there are also shortcomings, the sound insulation is poor, the noise from the planes close to the airport is relatively loud, the door of the bathroom is glass, not light-proof, the parking lot is a bit far away, and the price is a bit expensive

There is nothing to say about the environment. You can play golf on the prairie 🏌️♀️, and you can graze cattle freely. Standing on the balcony on the fifth floor, the breeze blows your face, and you feel comfortable physically and mentally; the breakfast is rich, and all kinds of meals can match your demands; There is no welcome bottled water, etc. This part can be improved in the future.

The transportation to the airport is very convenient, the breakfast is rich, there is a golf driving range outside, the building is full of history, the room is large, but the bathroom is relatively simple, the water flows everywhere during the shower, and the room is a bit old.

My first room smelled like mildew. They switched me to another room without incident. The rooms are nice and spacious. The hotel is beautiful just old and looking tired. The grounds around the hotel look neglected. Food and drinks are very expensive. I only stayed one night and booked for safety, so it was good for that. The gym is over the top great! Over all good stay.

Entire staff was very friendly and polite, throughout the front desk to the restaurant. Rooms were clean and very nice. Would definitely come back.

The verandas were incredibly comfortable. The views of the mountains were lovely, and the presence of playful parrots was so fun. The spa was terrific. The pool area was fun and lots of space for sunbathing.

This property is gorgeous...has old world charm and maintained very well. The staff all know English or try their best and they also frequently check in about your stay. There are several restaurant experiences to choose from and they accept the dollar. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice hotel with a couple of pools and neat grounds. Incredible service. First switching off a room, then helping us with a phone problem. Dinner was also very good in one of their restaurants. Rooms were clean.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel's airport transportation service. Despite booking in advance, the shuttle never arrived, leaving me stranded for over an hour. This lack of reliability from the management was deeply disappointing and significantly impacted my stay.
