I like everything here, very quiet. It is in a beautiful bay. You can see the beautiful sunset here. This is the moment I enjoyed the most. Beautiful swimming pool, clean and tidy room, the boss is a very friendly and enthusiastic person, the employee service is very good, it is worth recommending. Breakfast must be eaten. Fresh fruits and delicious food are perfect.

We want to thank the owner Gri and staff at this lovely hotel! The warmth and welcome we felt was phenomenal, as well as the service. The highlight of the stay was the gorgeous pool and view. We loved beginning and ending each day with a dip and hearing the waves crash as we fell asleep. Magical! The flowers and trees on the property are stunning and the rooms are comfortable and reasonably appointed. The beds are firm by western standards but being that we are Americans who live in China, we love this for our backs! We ate breakfast every morning and one of our dinners in the hotel restaurant and it is very high quality, tasty food. I especially loved the organic spinach and homemade dumplings, as well as the mapo tofu- YUM! The fresh fruit each day was crisp and delicious and I LOVED drinking coconuts by the pool. Thank you, Cherry! Coffee is for purchase at the restaurant, not in the rooms. The location of the hotel is quite remote, meaning it is peaceful and quiet. I recommend you arrange transportation for excursions in advance each day, or rent a scooter, as waiting for a tricycle can be long. We were told that you can swim and snorkel in front of the hotel but the tide was too low when we tried one day. However, there are snorkels and kayaks for use in the hotel! The hotel is still developing some of the water activities available. The pool is deep enough for diving courses, but check to make sure they are ready, as the gear is still in order as of Oct 2023. There are snorkel and dive spots a short ride away, however, and you can ask for help at the desk to book a tour or connect with a dive shop.

Rooms are big and spacious and sunset by pool is by far the best sunset (and I live in bali). However the service was pretty bad for a “resort”. It was impossible for them to help us order a tricycle taxi at 6pm due to lack of communication between staff and we ended up eating at almost 10pm… owner kept on making excuses instead of just apologizing and compensating. Had to ask front desk for clean towels even after they cleaned the rooms.

This resort is far away from the main area and there’s nothing really around the resort. In itself that is something I’d prefer, but the lack of access to things outside is something they seem to take advantage of. Beautiful location with problems occurring whenever you need help from staff members. Never in my life have I been at a hotel which tried to charge me for water, the thing we need to survive as humans. We asked the hotel if they could order us a tuktuk fto get to dinner as I wanted to drink so I didn’t want to take our scooter. They said no problem. 2.5 hours later we are assured for the 5th time, “just another 15 minutes”. By the time we are it was 10 pm but the hotel offered no apology, the manager of the hotel just told us that this is Philippine culture, which we needed to understand. How patronising. We weren’t told on check in you need to actually ask for your room to be cleaned and when I did ask my towels were taken away and no replacements were given. It seems there is a lack of any communication between the staff. On the positives the sunset is amazing and the food there is good too. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The whole place is totally let down by bad management and a reluctance to give anything for free. Even the basics. A promising place, but they fall down badly on the basics and for that reason I wouldn’t recommend it

A highly recommended resort, which has just opened for less than a year. The rooms are large and clean. Every room has a sea view. Sitting on the balcony, you can see the beautiful sunset of APO. Their swimming pool is super large and very clean. I love it! I went out to watch the sunset before, but I found out that the sunset here is beautiful the day before I left. Later, I saw the photos in the boss's hand and found that I missed a lot. However, I still grabbed the first beautiful photos on the last day. I want to recommend a few must-try projects: beautiful sunset, night fishing for small squid, hearty breakfast (very photogenic), delicious Chinese food, authentic coffee, these are my experiences! Come here with friends to relax and feel the beauty of Siquijor. It is very quiet here and the environment is really good. The food here is also very authentic. I love the twice-cooked pork the most. You must try it. This time I happened to catch up with them to chop bananas. so fresh

Beautiful and new complex with a great pool. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is rather remote and there are no restaurants or anything like that nearby. The service is poor and unprofessional. No value is placed on customer satisfaction. The 3-bed room we had already paid for was not available at check-in, instead we were given a standard double room. There was never any information or apology for it. Room price is relatively high, without breakfast.

Spacious room, large comfortable bedroom, very large TV with a good selection of programs. Beautiful infinity pool. Sea not suitable for swimming. Menu in the restaurant only Asian (Chinese). No western food or Filipino food on the menu. Location outside of town, no store, no restaurant within walking distance, motorbike is highly recommended if you don't want to get stuck.

*Bad costumer service, not knowledgeable enough to answer your questions *toiletries are not enough and complete *towels are ripped *food is not remarkable *beach is not nice *too many sea urchins in the beach *asked the owner for new towels when we came back from the waterfalls he didn't give us coz we're about to check out. He is sarcastic with his reply "what are you going to do with the towels when you are going to check out?" He kept looking at his watch like implying, you have to leave now. It was 1145am. He is so rude. We were out 1208pm.

Travellers beware!!!! I've travelled to many places and this resort is by far the worst and very low standard and no idea how to treat guests especially during check-in. The staffs are untrained, there's two of them that is part cook, part server and part receptionist. We booked two rooms for two nights for two guests but ended up showing up with additional one guest per room which we're willing to pay additional cost. The staff had to wait for the Owner to arrive before they allow us to check-in with the additional guest. We waited for about 40 minutes, the area we were at waiting to get checked in was the dining area and it was very hot and we were all sweating. We ended up cancelling and went to another resort. The service during check-in would speak for the service we will be getting if we chose to stay.

The most unfriendly place I have ever been! Having worked in the tourism industry almost all my life I was horrified by the lack of respect and low quality of service at this property We arrived as a group (18 of us!) Having had a good communication (turned out the person answering is based in Hawaii!!) We arrived at 19 hrs, only one young lady to help with luggage and room are far from the reception and you have to climb stairs.. Even they knew our arrival time and how many we were, the kitchen was totally unprepared for us having dinner.. Ended up with half of us deciding not to eat after a 75 minutes wait to get served (nothing within walking distance) The quality of service is so bad that they have ONLY two printed menus for the whole restaurant I personally waited 40 minutes to get a beer Next morning at breakfast another surprise and long wait The surprise is that tea and coffee is NOT included in breakfast (We had booked and paid for bed & breakfast) First in the industry!! Never seen it before The accommodation itself is nicely appointed with good quality materials BUT no coffee or tea facilities in rooms No Safe No hairdryer No soap And on the first day my room was not made, when I asked the answer was “you did not request it or hand the make up the room sign before leaving “ There is almost NO water, you get a very low amount of water from the tap or shower (seems they have turned the pressure down) Next afternoon we wanted drinks (paying of course) only to be told you have to pay as you order!! I propose to leave my credit card details in order to get an open account only to be told NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED even if it says that they do accept cards on their website and on google It would take a book to explain how bad they run this place and how low standard they have, I just feel the need to warn people NOT to go to this place, the owner who rubs it actually has no idea of hospitality and is very unfriendly and arrogant even towards his own staff which he treats in a horrible way The hotel itself as already mentioned is nicely built and has a good location but no way this is to be called a hotel as it lacks the very basic of hospitality management A shame for such a nice destination Travelers beware!
