We had a wonderful stay in San Juan!

Extremely beautiful

I love the area around this property. There are many local dining and shopping options available. It’s also in such a convenient location. I love the security of the property as well. Although there is no one physically there, there are steps needed to take to enter the residence each time and at different locations. They are wet responsive when calling or texting. It’s a beautiful home. My critiques are the cleanliness. The microwave was dirty, only one dish rag, and one of the oven mitts had old, dried cheese on it. One of the burners on the stovetop doesn’t work although they did it was brand new. One of the sofas is burned from a previous guest. Ants seemingly appear out of nowhere. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit. Sometimes when trying to wash clothes water does not come out of the washer. The maintenance staff didn’t make sure all the rooms had the correct air conditioning remotes, that was a slight inconvenience. The unit also isn’t equipped with the basic cleaning necessities or extra bags. I found that inconvenient.

Overall fantastic

Great location in the middle of Old San Juan. Appt was clean and having an elevator was great with all our luggage. It has a coffee maker, not a Keurig, but had no filters if you wanted to brew your own. Coffee shop is only 1 block away though

Wonderful property!!

Great location, comfortable, safe to walk. We had to wait for the room to be clean when we arrived to check-in on time. Not ready on time. No hot water the first day. Everything else was good.

Our family loved this apartment, sadly we were only there one night. It is above businesses so there are people out until 2am or later (It's not quiet). The check-in instructions were quite wordy and confusing. I think it would be easier with numbered steps rather than paragraph style instructions. That being said, the multiple steps to get in, made me feel safer. If we were coming back to OSJ, we'd stay here again!

The are is very loud. The front bedroom was not useable due to the street noise. The only windows don’t shut tight. There were bugs ALL OVER THE APARTMENT. Very cute and spacious but would not stay again. Reported the bugs with no response.
