Nice find for a last minute trip. Great place and great service. I wished I would’ve stayed longer and enjoyed the vegetarian food options. Loved the outdoor bathroom and the coqui frogs everywhere. The bed was very comfy also. Lovely place, made me feel like I was in a tree house. We will be back!

I got a great deal booking “Run of the house” and getting the “Romantic” suite, which has a huge bathroom with a hot tub. The decor is gorgeous - all of the plants and birdsongs (the plants are real though the birdsongs are fake lol) makes it feel like you are living in a rainforest. The staff is nice and helpful. The vibe of the place is spiritual and chill. The hotel’s location is great. One block from the beach, a few blocks from Calle Loiza which has restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

Unique in many ways. Once you are in, its an oasis in the middle of everything. Wish we could have stayed longer but our trip was on a tight schedule. Nice and quiet, spacious bathroom and wonderful privacy. We stayed after a Caribbean cruse, and dreamcatcher was charming on all facets.

The Dreamcatcher is a one-of-a-kind hotel; it is very in tune with the island vibe of unplugging and connecting with nature. The in-room hammock was fun, and the proximity to the beach couldn't be beaten. Unfortunately, our room was the only one on its floor that didn't have an in-room bathroom, and we weren't provided robes to make the situation less awkward. Crossing the public hallway to get to the bathroom created one uncomfortable interaction with others staying on the floor, and it made the experience feel much less premium when compared against the nightly rate we paid.

The room we stayed in, you can hear the kitchen CLEARLY which started very early in the morning. At night the doors are thin interior doors with large gaps so you can hear everyone coming home for the night. The bathroom was outside and there were no measures taken for mosquitos so you get eaten alive while you use the restroom. There was a leak somewhere in the room that was coming up through the tiles leaving a wet spot in the corner where one of our suitcases was. The room is small and has no luggage holders so of course the suitcase was on the ground where the water was pooling. Every door was rickety. This was in the 'romantic' room. Nothing more romantic than being able to see your partner taking a dump while youre hanging out in the room. Excursions were great and the staff are fantastic. Locations is amazing as well.

Stayed for four nights in early June. Exceeded expectations. A beautiful property in a residential area, a far cry from the Margaritaville themed resorts, yet a two minute walk to the beach. This beach is used mostly by locals, kitesurfers, and wingfoilers, and was not crowded, even on a sunny Saturday. The hotel provides beach towels and chairs. Old San Juan is less than a ten dollar uber ride away, but the local neighborhood is fun too. We most enjoyed having our own private deck area with hammock, seating area, and mini fridge. It is magical to sit out there and listen to a thunderstorm roll in. At night you can hear the sounds of the coquis, and in the morning, the birds. I am embarrassed to say, I suspected it was a recording because it was so perfect. The flowers and plants smell amazing, especially after a rainstorm. Despite the lush vegetation, somehow there are almost no bugs. The concierge, Dixie, was so helpful. She gave us vegetarian restaurant recommendations and was very welcoming. We ate breakfast there two mornings. It was excellent and the free coffee is also very good. Compliments to the chef! The bed was comfy and the A/C heat pump worked great in the ＞90 degree heat. At first, my partner was leery of the outdoor shower/toilet. We quickly came to find it was preferable to an indoor bathroom in that sort of climate and environment, and it felt private. Truly a jungle oasis!

We stayed a week here. Everything exceeded our expectations. Every person on the staff from housekeeping, kitchen, to the front desk was so accommodating and friendly. The food was lovely. The rooms were very clean, bedding was nice quality. Outdoor space was aplenty. Private outdoor area with outdoor shower was so nice to get ready in. The room was air conditioned and VERY quiet- I did not hear any outdoor noise. Drapes kept the morning sun out for sleeping. Shared outdoor space was also terrific. All the other guests were sweet and it was lovely chatting with them. Couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. 14/10 - highly recommend.
