El lugar está en frente de la playa pero el servicio es pésimo. El Servicio al cliente en el restaurante es súper malo. La gerente simplemente argumenta con los clientes en vez de mantener una mentalidad abierta a SOLUCIONAR las preguntas de sus clientes.

The check in was easy and friendly and super helpful. The room was very comfortable and well decorated. It felt safe and secure.
The restaurant and beach bar was very nice. The beach there is ideal, with no highrise buildings in the immediate area.

Using the beach amenities is a must! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful for local recommendations and making this a fun, great place to stay and enjoy San Juan!

The vibe was great! Worth the stay if you want to be on the beach with a good vibe, good music and good food. Room was nice size, clean, bathroom could have been a bit better. Overall experience was amazing! I would come back.

The hotel is super close to the beach, staff was super friendly. The only complaint is, that to sit in the dining area we had to meet a minimum 2-3 a day.
