Very clean, conveniently located

I received an error in the numer of my room in my confirmation and that was terrif when I get in the room and I found other family sleeping there. Thas caused an anxiety.

Very walkable and close to Calle Loíza. Short Uber to San Juan. Good value for cost. Nice little pool and a couple hangout areas with seating and tables. All the rooms are different. All have AC. Some have a kitchennete and there’s even one that’s a whole 2 bd apartment like.

We loved the friendly staff. Our room was big enough for our family. The beach and food was in walking distance. We definitely would stay again.

During my stay at La Buena Vida inn, I encountered several concerning issues that need immediate attention: - Strands of brown hair were found on and in my bed, indicating a lack of cleanliness. - The white sheets were not only dingy but also emitted a used smell, suggesting poor laundry practices. - Dirt stains on the sheets were prevalent, highlighting the necessity for a thorough wash and bleach treatment. - The thin walls offered minimal sound insulation, leading to disturbances from outside. - Bath towels were visibly dirty, indicating improper washing methods, as they seemed to be recycled without proper cleaning and bleaching. - Lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortable in warm weather conditions. - Water stains on the ceiling and walls were evident, indicating possible leakage issues that need addressing. - The furniture and mirror in the room were unclean and not well-maintained. - The hotel's location in a questionable area within San Juan raised safety concerns. - Floors were dirty and stained, suggesting inadequate cleaning practices. - Pillowcases and towels showed visible stains and signs of reuse, potentially leading to hygiene issues. - Calcium deposits on bathroom appliances indicated a lack of maintenance and cleanliness. - The separation between the bathroom and the room was inconvenient and lacked privacy. - Dirty walls and inadequate placement of outlets near the ceiling added to the discomfort of the stay. - Inconsistent staff availability

I loved everything, about this hotel. Everything was perfect!! Location right by everything, staff amazing and easy to get In contact with. Very clean. Staff very attentive and nice. Easy check in and out. Towel service amazing. The block it’s on looks not so good buttttt inside is great! Will stay again! Thanks

This place was great. Looks like recently remolded. Check in process was the best. I texted management and the responded with the code to the room. Amazing! The decor was nicely done and the furnishing was new and moderned. The shower was amazing, the best shower I've had in my month long stay in Puerto Rico. I would give it a five star, the neighborhood is sketchy even for a Puerto Rican.

The room is very basic, and it was not completely clean when we arrived (there was sand on the floor and the toilet paper seemed dirty). There was no one in the reception to give us an extra sheet (even though we called the number they left there). The room was next to the kitchen, so we could hear noise from other guests and from the busy street outside. I would not stay there again. The only good thing is location. There was everything nearby and I felt safe.

Little hotel like a hostel. Very clean and easy to follow steps from email when we got there at midnight to enter. Very safe hotel and worth price to lay your head after partying at La Plaza del Mercado de Santurce about 8 minute walk away.
