Cari lettori, care lettrici le recensioni servono perché ci si possa orientare sulla qualità di un albergo, di un ristorante, di una struttura….sono un bene per tutti noi per evitare delle brutte esperienze!! Orbene siamo stati in vacanza estiva settimanale in questo paradiso alquanto speciale, unico, oltre ogni immaginazione, un termine corretto per qualificarlo nn riesco ancora a trovarlo….Posso solo dire che va vissuta l’esperienza per la bellezza incontaminata della struttura e per la professionalità del personale tutto! La cordialità le attenzioni riposte non solo nei nostri confronti ma anche di tutti gli ospiti sono oltre ogni immaginazione!! La cucina interna della struttura utilizza solo materie di prima qualità ed è degna di un ristorante stellato Italiano!! La reception è il centro di controllo e comando affinché tutto possa essere adeguato alla clientela di un target degno della struttura!! Vi consiglio vivamente di fare questa esperienza perché nn la dimenticherete facilmente per come sarete coccolati in ogni dettaglio!!

Abbiamo scelto questa meta per i 10 anni di matrimonio. Stupenda esperienza di 3 giorni anche se purtroppo il meteo non ci ha assistito. Struttura magnifica e rilassante. Sauna nel bosco da favola. Stanza incantevole e personale gentile e professionale. Grazie mille!

Siamo stati 3 notti in questo hotel e siamo rimasti super soddisfatti.personale e proprietari super gentili e disponibili, cibo ottimo,camera ampia con riscaldamento a pavimento,letto comodo.Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la super piscina esterna di 25 metri che ho sfruttato tanto per fare bellissime nuotate.Siamo stati fortunati che ha anche nevicato e quindi il panorama era super.Ottima ed esclusiva anche la sauna nel bosco provata con le sessioni di Dominik.Con lui abbiamo partecipato anche a un escursione con le ciaspole di 3 ore con sosta in una malga a 25 minuti di transfer da hotel .comodo anche il parcheggio al coperto.buonissimi i dolci offerti nel pomeriggio dalle 14,30.-16.30.Abbiamo girato parecchi hotel in Alto Adige e devo dire che questo hotel ci è rimasto veramente nel cuore.super consigliato per una vacanza relax.

Super expérience dans cet hôtel récent, situé dans la vallée de l’alto Adige. Parfaitement situé pour rayonner entre Merano et Bolzano. Accueil parfait et très pro, chambre spacieuse. La piscine extérieure est très agréable et parfaite température pour nager. Il manque peut-être un hammam. Ici c’est le royaume des saunas. La cuisine est absolument délicieuse du petit déjeuner au dîner. On se régale avec des produits et des plats très souvent locaux. Si vous êtes français, demandez Pierre qui parle notre langue, il sera aux petits soins. À refaire en été !

Arrivés avec notre chienne dans un hôtel qui les acceptent et qui fait payer 25 euros la nuit mais même pas une gamelle fournie pour la faire boire et manger, au prétexte que cela peut être gênant, nous sommes relégués tous les soirs dans une salle pleine de gamins hurlants alors que notre chienne est à nos pieds et ne bouge pas une oreille. C’est donc une punition de partir en vacances avec en chien ici, alors que les humains sont tellement plus mal élevés. Surtout si vous avez un animal à quatre pattes ne venez pas ici. Ils sont clairement pas les bienvenus.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato presso questo hotel in occasione del nostro anniversario. La struttura è molto bella,pulita e curata negli arredi. Camere bellissime, spaziose, funzionali e molto silenziose! Personale preparato e gentile! Nota super positiva per il cibo! Buffet colazioni ricco e con prodotti freschi fatti da loro. Cene, non dico da stellato ma livello davvero alto!!!! Sapendo che era il nostro anniversario ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia in camera e preparato la tavola della cena con rosa rossa e confetti! Una piccola coccola non richiesta davvero apprezzata! A circa mezz'ora d'auto si puo raggiungere l'anello del lago dell'Alpe una meraviglia! Giro consigliato da Beatrice che ringrazio anche qui! !Consiglio ad occhi chiusi un soggiorno qui! Non puo deludere!
