Fairfield Inn & Suites San Diego North/San Marcos Reviews

I stayed here for 20 days on business and felt very good. 10 points: clean and tidy, good service attitude. There is bus No. 347 outside the door. The transportation is convenient and there are many restaurants nearby.

The location is close to the university, so it is very quiet, but it is far away from the scenic spots and a bit remote. The facilities are pretty good and the waiters are quite polite.

The room is nice. There is a shopping district nearby where you can eat, but it takes half an hour to eat Chinese food.

Our stay was wonderful. The only issue was the check in info was a little confusing and we couldn’t get into the building. The other issue was the shower drain was very slow draining.

The people working at the front desk were beyond amazing. They were super helpful and very kind and polite. This also includes the cleaning staff. The rooms were very clean and tidy.

First and foremost, we LOVE Hubert, a robot that delivers items to your room. Our son was always excited when he would see Hubert again. Second, the room was just right. Spacious enough for our 4 year old to run around. All the amenities we needed were already provided (microwave, fridge, coffee & tea maker, etc.) We have an ev and we charged our vehicle for FREE! Last but not least, there is an Outback Steakhouse in walking distance! Oh and how can I forget, Legoland is a short and easy drive away!

Nice, clean hotel in a good area. Only stayed one night while on a business trip but I would stay there again.

This was by far the best hotel we ever stayed in. They were so helpful even let us lock our bikes in a room.they were very nice and the breakfast was great

Stayed here for for an event, and we had a very nice stay! I was glad to see that they have a robot to send any items we needed, like extra sets of towels. This hotel is very close to many shopping centers, and is definitely freeway close. I enjoyed the breakfast, and access to coffee 24/7.

The service and accommodations were fine, but the heat did not work and it was super cold. We didn't notice until at night. No engineer was available until morning, so a cute robot delivered extra blankets. The engineer repaired it the next morning, but by evening, it was not working again and only blowing freezing air (it was in the low 30's outside!) no matter what temperature we set the thermostat!
