El hotel más lindo de San Martín de los Andes, el personal muy amable, se puede disfrutar de la estadía como huésped o venir a desayunar, almorzar o cenar en el restaurante sin ser huésped. Ofrece variedad de comidas para todos los gustos y shows en vivo algunos fines de semana. Sin dudas volveré. Muchas gracias!

O Hotel lá Cheminee é uma empresa familiar. Os proprietários adquiriram o hotel não há muito tempo. Nota-se inexperiência na administração do hotel. Várias falas de manutenção, falhas que comprometem bastante o aproveitamento do local. Como exemplo, há uma piscina de bom tamanho, mas, não se pode entrar nela porque não há escada, não há um corrimão para se alcançar os degraus de dentro d’água. Uma queda pode ser super perigosa. O piso da piscina também não inspira confiança: ou está sujo ou as cerâmicas estão descascadas, dando uma péssima impressão de desleixo. Tive um problema de vazamento no box do chuveiro que molhava muito o piso. Outro perigo de se escorregar. O proprietário se recusou a me trocar de quarto e também não providenciou o conserto do vazamento. Tive que contatar a empresa onde fiz a reserva e do depois da sua interferência, me foi fornecidooutro quarto. o vazamento
