Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura per 10 giorni e siamo stati benissimo. Personale molto gentile, attento e accogliente. Non mangiando carne, avevo spesso qualche richiesta relativa al menù e mi sono sempre venuti incontro con la massima disponibilità. Mia figlia si è divertita molto con il mini club e negli spazi della piscina. Ottima la divisione tra piscina e gli ambienti Spa e soprattutto ovunque pulizia sempre perfetta. Consigliatissimo.

Siamo appena rientrati a casa abbiamo soggiornato c/o l’hotel Cristallo. È stata una vacanza meravigliosa Grazie alla gentilezza professionalità e cordialità di tutto lo staff. Molto premurosi e disponibili. L’hotel è ubicato in un punto strategico sia per la vicinanza agli impianti sia per il centro sia per le passeggiate. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare

Consiglio questo Hotel. Hotel molto accogliente, ottimi servizi, struttura ben curata, lo scenario presente davanti l’hotel è stupendo, quelle montagne uno spettacolo. La cucina, leggera e buonissima e senz'altro gradita la serata con cucina tradizionale della zona e in costume. Le escursioni comprese nel pacchetto azzeccate e con guide davvero eccellenti. Esperienza sicuramente da riprovare.

Hotel molto accogliente, servizi molto buoni struttura molto ben curata poi lo spettacolo che si vede dall hotel è fantastico cucina molto buona con una serata con cucina tradizionale della zona e costumi, in più tre escursioni comprese nel pacchetto molto interessanti con guide alpine esperte

Vacanza stupenda. Albergo bellissimo, la posizione la Spa e la vista sulle Pale di San Martino sono un valore aggiunto. Personale molto cordiale e sempre disponibile. Cibo sempre vario e ottimo. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ci tornerei perchè: area spa con piscina sauna e bagno turco, piscina per neonati e idromassaggio vale un (4 s), area ricreativa simpatica, prezzo onesto, come anche il costo degli extra. Da migliorare: pasti e colazione, servirebbe più cura e qualche preparazione live, il tutto pronto da ore, anche se fatto bene risulta meno qualitativo. Colazione dovrebbe essere migliorata. Servizio animazione quasi inesistente. In conclusione la struttura offre ottimi servizi, risulta essere un pò datata come arredi, ma molto ben pulita! Consiglio maggiore cura nelle preparazioni pasti. Al prezzo richiesto e visto la posizione a San Martino sicuramente è da prendere in considerazione!!! Personale disponibile!!

Great location and comfortable room with view on the mountain. The pool and wellness center are a real treat (also here great view on the mountains). Kids and adults enjoyed the playroom. Our youngest daughter also had fun with the mini club in the afternoon. Nice breakfast and dinner. We will be back.
