Very accomodating staff, and rooms are as features. Very clean rooms. My kids enjoyed the facilities- playgrnd, pool and unli smores. Overall, it's a 10/10.

The ojt was so nice he assist us very well. We really enjoyed the pool area since we have a kid. The place was very relaxing and staffs are very accommodating.

Location is out of the way and there are no nearby stores or restos in the area.
The mobile network is weak but there's wifi so it's okay.
Food is expensive so you better have the buffet. The buffet was great and the manager was really hospitable.
The hotel room's space is just okay.
No view in our room.
Amenities are somewhat lacking but just okay.

On our 3rd visit here, the whole experience was superb. This time, we explored on the coffee and smores while trying their telescope view of the city

We had an amazing time at Timberland Highlands Resort! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and every moment was memorable. The s'mores night and movie under the stars were such delightful experiences, creating warm and cozy memories. The infinity pool offered breathtaking views and was the perfect spot to relax. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a sumptuous spread that catered to all our cravings.
We can't wait to return for another unforgettable getaway!

Our favorite go-to resort. It's very near to our house, yet it feels like you are in a far location due to the scenic view. All staff were nice and we finally got to experience smores night again. Thank you so much. We will definitely come back sooner.

Nice resort; we took our daughter to their Halloween event, however certain facilities were closed and there was a lot of continuing construction. It's also too far from the main lobby to the room.

The view, amenities and cleanliness are superb. I just hope they have luggage assistance. But overall, our stay is excellent.
