The hotel is amazing. All of the staff are lovely especially Manuel. He was so nice and was made our holiday amazing. The food was so nice and there plenty of choice. The rooms are very spacious and always so nice. The maids are so friendly too..

Good holiday for 5 of us. Room huge, clean and well presented. Few niggles... reception staff very rude! Wouldn't allow access to a late check out room, kept lying then when my husband called their bluff a room miraculously appeared! Cleaners amazing and restaurant staff rushed off their feet Food a bit meh. Rush for tables at start of week when only one restaurant open. Chaotic. Some meat on grill raw. My youngest lived off bread, chips and watermelon! Could do with both restaurants being open at all times. A lot of queuing at bars. Cocktails rubbish. Pool snack bar a nightmare queue wise! Quiet pool... Too many loose tiles had a few accidents. Also tiles around pool a death trap... Witnessed at least 30 people falling over including myself. Not much in area to do.. not to bad for us as like to stay on site. Free shuttle to Cristianos easy to book. 3 kids 6..13.. and 15 enjoyed. They got a bit bored of the entertainment towards the end. Didn't use kids club except the high ropes. Went to noisy pool once but too crowded. Would have loved music round the quiet more family orientated pool. All in all...good holiday. Just a few things I think stop the hotel being a 4 star!!! ⭐

Room was clean, spacious ,quiet most of the time ,room 2108 ,but woken up one night/early morning by a heavy goods vehicle reversing (beeping) emptying the bins ,woken another night by fire alarm! The food average, overall nice experience. Most outstanding member of staff, julia from the entertainment team!

Just want to say we are super happy with this place. Rooms excellent and clean Hotel clean and smells good every where Staff amazing Food.. Lots of bad reviews but its a all inclusive so if you have been to one you have been to most. There is always a option for everyone. Pools could do with a little work but that hasn't stopped us enjoying them been in most days kids don't seem to want to get out. We would definitely come back again with out a doubt. If you don't want the busy hectic holiday then 100% recommend

There are some things needs to be improved. But overall was all good. Staff is very lovely . Special shout out to the entertainment boy. He is very friendly and pleasant person with bright personality! He is putting all love into his job and children love him❤️

Not long back from a fabulous 9 nights at this hotel with my husband, 2 children aged 7 & 2 and my mum. The token system has pros and cons. Keeps the hotel looking tidy with no glasses or cups lying around but would be good if you got more than just 1 token per person as when the weather is so hot, it doesn’t take long to finish a drink so you need to make countless trips to the bar when normally you’d get a few at a time. Rooms: They were cleaned very well every day. The only negative thing I have to say about the cleaners is some of them would take the card out at the door which would turn off the electricity meaning the fridge was getting switched off which was rather annoying. Rooms were nice and spacious and have free use of a safe. Food: I was a bit nervous about what the food would be like after reading previous reviews but there were no complaints from any of my group. There was different choices every day for dinner. We never had lunch as we had a late breakfast in the cafe near the kids pool as we found the choices there were nicer in there. We went out for dinner one night to the queen Mary which is just down the hill when you come out the entrance at block 4. Food was lovely and staff great with the kids. Swimming pools: Good choice of pools. Only thing I would say they are missing is some kids slides. Tiles around the pool are extremely slippy. Staff: All staff we met were great! Special mention to Manuel who is amazing at his job and is a credit to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!
