Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mitten in der Natur. Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren uralten Häusern die früher einmal ein ganzes Dorf waren. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und hat seinen ursprünglichen Charakter behalten. Es hat einen besonderen Charme und man konnte sich garnicht sattsehen. Unser Zimmer unter dem Dach war super gemütlich. Die Erkundung des riesigen Gartens und der verwinkelten Gässchen hat richtig Spass gemacht. Leider hatten wir nur eine Nacht gebucht aber wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ho cenato in questo posto bellissimo per la seconda volta. Sulla location niente da dire: una bella maison d’epoca, il tavolo ben apparecchiato nel bel giardino fiorito vista fiume, tovaglia fino a terra, luci, ortensie sui tavoli. Purtroppo il menu degustazione è stato deludente sia per composizione che per esecuzione, e il servizio imbarazzante. Peccato, perchè Erika Gotta è sicuramente una chef promettente, ma per reggere tre menu degustazione ben eseguiti occorre una brigata di cucina, e per chiedere cifre sui 100 euro a testa anche il servizio non puó essere improvvisato. Spero e auguro di migliorare, perchè il locale lo merita.

È un recupero architettonico assolutamente notevole e scrupolosissimo. Data la struttura si rivela molto dispersivo e frammentato.
Trovo discutibile la scelta delle camera standard minuscola e con il gabinetto en plain air dietro il letto e priva di qualunque confort malgrado il prezzo non proprio "popolare"

Splendida location, che vale una stella in più. Hotel caratteristico, vicino al bel paese di Rosazza (che merita una visita). Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera Africa, arredata con gusto e confortevole. Vasca da bagno vicina al letto, pratica e caratteristica. Bagno finestrato, con doppio lavabo. Male l'insonorizzazione (si è praticamente sul corridoio di ingresso, dove passano anche i clienti del ristorante, e si sente ogni singola parola di chi passa). Problema serio, che andrebbe affrontato (anche se da una certa ora non passa più nessuno). Colazione super, per qualità e quantità. Giardino esterno stupendo, ben arredato e ottimo per rilassarsi. Si può cenare nel ristorante dell'albergo, con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
