Fue muy mal gusto el hecho de qué diga mascotas, pero al llegar me dijeron que la mascota debería de ser menos de 10 kilos, cosa que mi perra es de raza mediana y no querían dejar pasar La cuando yo ya tenía una reservación y no podía cancelar tampoco siendo que tuve que pagar extras para que me dejaran la reservación que estaba vigente

En mi opinión personal me gustó mi habitación el servicio muy bueno el aire acondicionado enfría súper rico, y la alberca es la mejor de todo Melaque y el mar y playa exelente , es mi hotel favorito de Melaque! , nomás me gustaría que si voy con 2 personas me cobren lo de 2 está vez que fui éramos dos y me cobraron la habitación para 4 personas ! De ahí en más todo muy bien 😃

Pablo Del Tarsa has been a five star experience for us (Canadian Senior couple). The location is superb, walking distance to everything in Melaque. The hotel rooms, pool, common areas are all scrubbed down on a daily basis, gives a nice clean feeling to your stay. The ocean is right in front of the hotel and there is gated access. The staff don’t have a lot of English, but go out of their way to successfully communicate, and are genuinely nice people. If you are looking to rate this hotel compared to Canadian/American hotels, you can’t, this is Mexico. We love the genuinely friendly Mexicans, and Mexican town of Melaque!

Desgraciadamente en esta ocasión nos fue mal ya que en una de las camas a la hora de destender la sabana de encima había larvas de mosca , y el hotel no nos compensó en nada , además de que mi nieto ya no pudo dormir por la mala sensación. Y eso nos dejó mala impresión por la higiene ya que al entrar muy exigentes con su reglamento y ellos no cumplieron con la limpieza de ahora en adelante CUANDO LES ENTREGUEN UNA HABITACION NO OLVIDEN REVISAR SUS CAMAS . SABANAS Y ALMOHADAS. Las larvas producen enfermedades y pueden penetrar la piel hasta 2 milímetros no quisiera pensar que hubiera pasado de no habernos dado cuenta. Y solo dijeron disculpe, y nada más no por buscar compensación pero mínimo hubieran ofrecido algo más. No se un descuento, otra estancia o una bonificacion.

El mejor hotel de melaque!!, el personal muy amable, todo limpio y en buenas condiciones, las habitaciones muy pintorescas. Mucha seguridad, la alberca climatizada la ubicación a muy pocas cuadras del mercado donde se desayuna muy rico en el sazón de mary!
