Hotel Hacienda San Martin

We went for a meal in Toluca and rented 2 rooms and a suite because it has a fireplace, balcony and bathtub so we could spend the night there and not return to CDMX late. We arrived at 9:00 at night and there was no one to receive us, after 30 minutes the nightstand came out and told us that there was no one who could attend to us, that he could only give us the keys to the rooms. We asked for the fireplace in the suite to be lit and he told us that he couldn't provide us with that service because he was alone. Already very upset and we went to sleep. We spent the worst night of our lives, the beds are “kingsise” and it is a lie, they are 2 single beds, tied with a rope and a super dirty foam covering the mattresses, they are disgusting. The service was terrible, no one stood up to us or responded. The next morning, in the bathroom we discovered that the drain was clogged with hair and the tub was very dirty. It is inexcusable that in times of pandemic, a hotel does not make cleanliness its priority. We complained and they told us that the manager is on disability and that only the assistant manager was there. She told us she couldn't do anything, that her hands were tied and that the only thing she could do was apologize... The place and the photos are a farce, very expensive and not worth it, don't fall for this lie.
