The hotel is quite quaint and has a good environment. However, I was woken up by ants on the first night and asked the hotel to change rooms. The hotel restaurant is very unpalatable and expensive. Avoid it...

Pousada boa. Acomodação limpa, cama boa. Frigobar vazio e nao tem ar condicionado. Chama a atenção o fato de que se você tiver agendado passeios ao geyser ou qualquer outro que você tenha que sair pela manhã cedo (antes do café) a pousada lhe prepara um lanche com sanduíche, banana e barra de cereal. Mas, caso você desista do passeio (seja o motivo que for) e queira tomar o cafe da manhã no hotel, em vez do pão e banana, o café da manhã será cobrado. Ou seja, em vez de voce ser agraciado com o lanche para viagem, você estará permutando pao e banana por um extenso e vasto café da manhã. Em vez de lhe cobrarem o extra (pao com banana), lhe tiram o principal que já foi, inclusive, pago na sua diária. Ridícula a situação, que nos trouxe stress e perturbação em uma pousada que almeja ser referencia.

Pros; -Habitaciones confortables -Buen desayuno para llevar a los tour -Variedad de alimentos en desayuno buffet -Atención de recepcionistas, muy atentos -Buena limpieza en las habitaciones, todos los días. -Nivel de ruido muy bajo, ideal para descansar Contra; -Alejado de la avenida principal, unos 15 minutos caminando. -Precios de la comida, tragos y masajes el doble de caro que en otros restaurantes y hoteles del mismo nivel. -Falta de quitasoles en la piscina -Restaurante sobrepasado en tiempos de espera para la cena. -No respetaron nuestra reserva en ubicación a la mesa solicitada. -Falta de servicio en el área de la piscina, al no recoger copas, vasos, etc. ya utilizados (Quedan del día anterior).
