Solaria Villas

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this amazing place. It was our first time in Belize and Solaria Villas was the perfect place to be. The views, hosts, and gorgeous accommodations exceeded our expectations. Thanks so much for sharing this incredible place.

We had a group of 14 that traveled to Belize for a family vacation to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. There were adults, teens, a couple of children and 1 infant. We loved Solaria Villas. They felt private and safe, very relaxing and totally met our lodging needs. The living room/kitchen area was quite large which worked for all-family gatherings. The swimming pool was a definite highlight, especially for the teens on the day it rained cats and dogs! These villas have unique construction and decor. We enjoyed them, even the large spiral stairs! Danny and Kerwyn worked hard every day to keep the grounds groomed. They were very helpful answering questions about their home country. Solaria Villas has a good location, about equal distance to San Pedro and Secret Beach. This property is managed by Sunrise Property Management and they are excellent and so service oriented! They are so helpful answering questions. We appreciated them arranging excursions, setting up the golf carts we needed, and booking our Tropic Air flights. I'd go back tomorrow if I could!

We had a great time. The 8 of us could not have been happier with the property. Elio and Kerwin took good care of us and Elio's two daughters were a pleasure to be around. It's a great location and the upkeep is excellent. Elio helped us with any and all questions. There was even a guy come by every morning selling breakfast burritos and tamales. The two pools were great and there were even kayaks that Elio and Kerwin would set up for us whenever we would ask. They gave us safety pointers about where to kayak. Elio contacted a golf cart rental company for us and had it delivered to the property. Then made sure they picked it up when we were finished. The golf cart is the fun way to get around the island. Elio also helped us hire two local ladies to fix a taco buffet for the group during the solar eclipse. Will definatly recommend to anyone looking to spend time in Belize with this group.

Spent 6 days and 5 nights on Ambergris Caye. Our group of 8 was celebrating a 5oth birthday and Solaria III more than exceeded our expectations. Simon and Elena at Sunrise and Candido and the property staff were excellent. They were helpful, responsive, and friendly. We booked spa services at the house and a day-long sailing and snorkeling trip through them. They also assisted with booking our Tropic Air flights from Belize City and golf cart rentals on the island. Solaria III is a very comfortable, upscale Belizean island style home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Sunrises on the balcony; walks on the beach; dips in the pool; and swims off the dock were steps out the front door. The house was well appointed with comfortable furniture and beds for numerous people. The grounds are well maintained and safe. Would love to stay there permanently!

Solaria Villas were the perfect accommodation for our family reunion of 14, from ages 2 to 75! The sunrises were stunning and the kids loved the pool in addition to snorkeling off the beach. The kitchens were well appointed for preparing local fruits and veges into great happy hours as well as comfort breakfasts.

Clean, beautiful property and located close enough to town, but also close to turn to Secret Beach. Candido was very helpful. Booking was very easy. They arranged anything we needed and provided a guidebook/app with map, recommendations, advice. We will be back!

You can not go wrong with the Sunrise Team. We would stay in any property they were managing. Casa Bomba (at Solaria Villas) was amazing - a perfect vacation getaway! The house is well-stocked and very clean. The on-site caretaker (Candido) was very accessible and incredibly helpful. They made nearly all of our arrangements (golf carts, excursions for snorkeling, diving & fishing, grocery delivery, in-house chef dinner, mid-week housekeeping, and on and on...) When they do so much of the legwork, you have more time to truly vacation. I can't imagine our trip without their invaluable support and resources. We had literally zero complaints - nothing that could have been improved upon. The whole team, the villa, the entire experience was top notch! We would definitely use them again for future trips - and plan to!

There were 5 of us. The villa was huuuuge! We loved the location of it right on the beach. We had the pool and the whole area to ourselves for most of the trip. Candido the caretaker was great. Simon and his team was very responsive and able to book us all the activities we needed. We will be back!

Working with Simon, Judith, Elena, and Candido was a great experience. They have an APP for you once you book. The APP has information on groceries, libations, entertainment, excursions, and real-time COVID updates. They emailed us with updates and always responded to my questions promptly. And the property was beyond words. We're already planning our next trip!
