Puerto Ángel ist der Gegenentwurf zu so ziemlich allem anderen in der Gegend (Zipolite, Mazunte). Im Grunde ein Fischerdorf verfügt es über gleich zwei tolle Strände, die zum Bad im Pazifik einladen, geschützt von der Bucht und selbst im Dezember bei angenehmen Temperaturen. La Buena Vista liegt etwas zurück am Hang, man gelangt jedoch innerhalb weniger Minuten an den Strand und kann, außer den Badesachen, alles im Hotel lassen. Ein perfekter Ort, um etwa nach dem langen Flug von Europa und einigen Tagen in Mexiko-Stadt erst einmal eine zeitlang am Meer abzuhängen. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer schön bepflanzten Anlage auf Terrassen und besteht aus mehreren rustikalen Gebäuden mit ausgesprochen großen Zimmern. Das Personal ist freundlich und es gibt ganz oben ein schönes Restaurant. Wasser geht, zumindest in einigen Zimmern, nur kalt, daran gemessen ist die Übernachtung nicht gerade billig. Aber dafür ist man eben in Puerto Ángel, weit im Süden Mexikos, in einem authentischen Ort an der Pazifikküste. Wer den touristischen Brennpunkt sucht, kann täglich auf schönen Wegen mit Meerblick über die Hügel innerhalb einer Stunde nach Zipolite wandern, dessen langer Strand gegenüber dem Pazifik stärker exponiert ist. In Puerto Ángel wohnt man ruhiger.

It was a lodging that he rated from average to bad. The access roads to the property are deteriorated and dirty. It is clear that a few years ago it was a good hotel, however it requires a lot of maintenance to become that way again. The assigned room (room #15) is extremely hot and lacks cross ventilation and air conditioning, likewise the general cleaning service of the room is bad since there is a lot of dust in the areas that make up the room. The treatment of the people who run the hotel is generally good.

I really liked the look of the place, the decoration and plants give it a nice touch, and what I didn't like is that the restaurant service was not available, the mattress seemed terrible, I woke up with a broken back and died of heat!

Desde la entrada es muy fea como ciudad perdida, de hecho creiamos que el WAZE se equivocaba pero no, llegamos nosdieron la habitación y oh sorpresa lleno de hormigas el baño,sin agua caliente, sucio y una cama vieja y dura. Nada que ver con las fotos de la aplicación. No había Internet en la habitación y mi esposo tenía que trabajar,asi que decidimos NO QUEDARNOS, nos dijeron que si cancelabamos nos cobrarían el 50% aun cuando ellos eran los que no cumplian con lo espicificado en hoteles.com Entonces el recepcionista dijo que nos cambiaba la habitación y que nos quedaramos 2 noches y nos reembolsaba 1. Obligados accedimos y es la fecha que aún NO REEMBOLSAN NADA. Mi esposo llamo hoy y le dijeron que el contador aun no ha podido arreglar el reembolso , pidio hablar con alguien más competente que pudiera resolver esto sin embargo recibio groserías y le colgaron!!!! Pido a ustedes que nos ayuden a que nos paguen y cumplan con lo que ofrecen. Tengo fotos de lo que digo pero no abre donde dice subir fotos, por que otro medio se las envio??
