The hotel is great, clean, comfortable, and well-located. Despite the pool and the bar area being renovated, no issues or disturbances were perceived. However, the food was not great, and the buffet that they had for breakfast, lunch, or dinner was not aligned with the quality of the facility. The coffee was awful, and the hotel should promote Honduran coffee. They can improve

Check in was quick and profesional but they didnt know I am a IHG member, believe thats something the hotel should know and not the customer. Small negative, but person was friendly and courteous.
